The staff were fantastic. Very helpful, hospitable, warm, polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. I opted for the breakfast, which was included in my stay, simple yet satisfying. Had lunch a few times and a dinner which was enjoyed. The swimming pool is great! and the beach is literally 500m from the hotel, Perfect location to the beach, bus stop and Supermarket.

The room doesn't have much closet space, I would highly recommend that a drawer/closet be added in the room as they have space for it. A shelf for toiletries in the bathroom & shower would have been ideal.

Honestly loved in, great spot!! We would walk everywhere at night, also no parking but was super easy to find it (they’ll help direct you, but we parked near the park I believe mostly and that was easy). Room was spacious, pool area was nice, and the staff were so so helpful and nice. The beach nearby is super cute too! Had the best stay!

The location was perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach and 10-12 minute walk to Cala dor strip with all the restaurants. Spar was across the road. Lovely apartments spacious, bright, clean room. Staff are extremely kind and helpful. They gave us a map at check in and showed us the areas to visit. They pointed out the supermarkets, doctor and pharmacies which was very helpful and also various activities that they recommended.

Had issues with the shower was burning hot and then would go freezing cold, changed room because of it and it was much the same so that was quite annoying. Also, the pool area is very quiet.

The staff were genuinely lovely people who were kind, caring , helpful, great to chat with. They helped us soo much over our stay , I can’t thank them enough. I want to go back just because of how kind and welcoming they were. Even the cleaners of our room, they were lovely to chat with and respectful of our room and made it shine each time we would leave for the day. The apartment was beautiful, spacious , clean, in the centre, near everything. I could see the beach from my room. The pool facilities were beautiful! The bar area was lovely . The staff would worked the front desk were just made us feel so so so welcome and recommended great places to eat and sightsee.

It was excellent from start to finish. Great communication with lovely staff, especially Angel, e.g they helped answer questions about our stay before we arrived, booked our airport taxi, which was very reasonable. Whilst there we liked the cleanliness, the standard of the accommodation e.g the sunbed on the large private terrace, the amount of space in the 2 bed apartment was good, the pool was great and we could always get a sunbed, plus pool towels provided. Location is perfect - close to ferrera beach and restaurants, shops, etc, but being smaller it's not too large and impersonal like other hotels or aparthotels might be. I would 100% recommend.

My only minor criticism would be that the sliding door between bathroom and main part of apartment had a gap which meant it was a little less private than we would have liked, but it didn't really impact us in our overall very positive experience.

The hotel is placed very well: 2 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the restaurants street. It has nice facilities: pool and jacuzzi were great. The room was spacious with all the necessary furniture. The staff was the best — people who were working there seemed very friendly and really involved into our problems, from where to go to how to get taxi.

The only disappointment was the breakfast included. Only sweet buns and boiled eggs were delicious, everything else was not. The choice was quite poor, for example, there were not any vegetables at all. Also we had some confusion of how to get our towels changed, but talking to the reception helped to figure this out.

Hotel is very close to the beach (Cala Fererra 2 minute or Cala Serena 5-7 minutes), and it also has a pool. Room was very clean, you have everything you need in it: we also prepared breakfast in the morning. Staff was really nice and they help us with printing out boarding passes. All the rooms have a balcony. If you rent a car, the hotel have a few parking spots, but if those are not free, you can park in a parking nearby (right at the end of the beach). And if you want to eat some good food, 7 minute away from the hotel, you will fin Cala Fererra Restaurant. Overall, this hotel was awesome! Will definitely recommend! We loved everything, the location, the facilities, the room and size. It was all beyond amazing. Our stayed was made even more amazing by the support from 1 particular staff member Angél. Not only did he do his job amazingly, but constantly went above and beyond, helping book transport, personal recommendations for food and spots to see, constant communication needed etc he was amazing and made our stay extra special. You really get a very personal experience.

This is our third stay at Azul Playa; mega place. The staff are very friendly, the accommodation (we always have a beach-front Apt) is spot on and we love the pool and facilities. Breakfast is a lovely continental buffet - perfect start to the day. The location is perfect for anyone travelling with young kids - 2 min walk to a very child-friendly beach (via steps, tho). We love this area. We'll be back.

I came for a week in the sun with my mum and we loved it! The staff were so friendly! The breakfast was such a lovely spread. The pool area was never too busy, and was a lovely size (bigger than in the photos). The rooms were cleaned each day, the balconies were spacious. Perfect location right beside Cala Ferrera beach. No noise issues. Would stay here again definitely!
