The food, drinks and all the amenities were excellent. The beautiful (enough shallow and sandy) beach enabling a bit of snorkelling is close and no need to cross the street. It’s a hotel mainly for families, but couples can enjoy it too (or switch to its “adults only” version nearby. It’s possible to do the laundry and dry it with coins or by card.

The water in the bathroom was a bit salty - at such quality hotel it should be normal or well filtered out. Also the pillows were a bit inconvenient (narrow and solid). There should be a beach bar available for free also for all inclusive, not just selection club upgrade.

Wonderful location on a stunning beach, clean rooms, amazing kids club staff who were so friendly and attentive, fun pools, and great breakfast buffet.

With the exception of the breakfast buffet, we felt that the food on site was not great. The dinner buffet was overall okay, but cost €75 for a family of 4. The Italian restaurant on site, Bella Vita, was terrible. Staff was nice, but the food was very basic and bland - comparable to what you would get from a kids club menu. The pool snack bar was just okay.

(Loud) Children in wellness zone when it was clearly stated 18+ and be quiet. Electricity went down for our last day, didn't receive any compensation. Locked out of our room also on the last day, had to jump over fences to get into our room.

It was our first staying at this hotel, and we found the location and facilities very good, a great sandy beach; no disappointment. The staff are professional. The reception team made sure our check-in was quick to get the meal in the evening. Special thanks for Jakob at the reception. Carla's massage was super! The accommodation and restaurants' staff are efficient, quick and friendly. It was an enjoyable time for our family with two small kids, and we are planning to come back next season.

We did not have any bad experiencel🙂 We needed help with late arrival and late check-out, the code for the room safe, and a small improvement in our bathroom. In all cases, the staff timely helped us.

The location is excellent, the beach beautiful, especially late in the evening when it gets less crowded. The hotel staff is polite, the kids activities interesting and the size of the hotel appropriate (i.e. not too big and thus, less noisy). The variety in the breakfast and dinner was great and the quality very good. A bit difficult to book a reservation at the hotel's restaurants so we did not manage to have dinner there. The hotel is client-oriented, prompt to address special requests at the extent possible.

The bed's mattress was a bit problematic and the sofa bed not very appropriate for a kids' sleep; an additional mattress may be needed on top.

Very nice resort with plenty of activities for kids and for adults. Good pool area restaurants and beach. Very friendly staff. The evening shows for families is really icing on the cake.

The spa facility is poor. Indoor pool has a weird smell, and the Turkish bath doesn't work.

Nice beach, good hiking options, nice views from the ocean front rooms, reasonable meal plans, & friendly staffs

Rooms were clean but the smell from the bathroom (sewer?) was always there - one of the two rooms was worse than the other. I think this is an overall problem in EU. Also, we knew this was a family friendly facility...but there were so many kids. This place is far from the airport (over an hour) by taxi. The town itself is small and not many good dining options available other than the ones within the resort. We ended up renting a car which allowed us to go around the island.

Food was very good, we had all inclusive. I cannot understand people in some reviews, who were disappointed with food. I suppose, they must have a personal Michelin cook at home. There cannot be other explanations: food was always fresh, quality is high, and the variety is astonishing. Swimming pools are also very nice, and the location is amazing: pure nature, a lot of hiking routes, sea and sand.

Somehow we had cleaning not everyday, as expected, but once in 4 days. Everything else was nice.

Great facilities for children, my 6 and 8 year old loved the resort. Pools were fab. Seaview apartment was lovely, everything you need, housekeeping changed towels and cleaned up everyday. Very comfy beds! All staff exceptionally polite. I was worried about booking here, as some reviews were a bit off, but I have very high standards and was very happy. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay in future.

To be expected, but the other guests were often loud into the evenings, soundproofing a little poor on the windows and doors.

It's a great hotel resort for families with young kids. There are several pools, with one heated indoor one and one heated outdoor kids' pool. I was a little surprised to find myself really enjoying the evening shows too! The staff is super friendly and there are a lot of kids' clubs to keep little ones busy.

The restaurants on offer are pretty average, and unless you have an all-inclusive package, it's pretty poor value. It's also frustrating that you need to book the restaurants in advance, even when they're half empty.
