The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city, with ample free parking available within a 10-minute walk. Our room featured a stylish bathroom. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea 24/7, and a restroom is available on the first floor. Additionally, several excellent restaurants are located nearby.

There was a strong scent of aerosol air freshener in the room. While the room was consistently clean upon our return, excessive use of the freshener seemed unnecessary as cleanliness was already evident.

Room and bathroom size were good. Beds were comfortable. We were there during the Madalena which is a week of celebration for the whole town. Our hotel was next to one of the venues. The reception staff was nice enough to put us in the quiet side of the building. Location was walking distance to most of the interesting sites in town.

The desk in the room was too small. Aside from that everything was good.

This hotel is in the middle of town with a locked underground carpark. They also accept pets. The first point was very important to us as our car was visibly fully packed. Being in the centre of town gave us the opportunity to walk around, admire the architecture of official buildings and churches. As the hotel does not have a restaurant we walked just a few paces to a nice restaurant which the hotel had recommended and had a good meal and a well deserved glass of wine. The breakfast next morning offered a good spread of breads, fruit etc which set us up for the day.

Nice convinient Parking. Breakfast was very everage but not bad overall. Quiet room if your room inside a patio.

30 min waiting in a reception to check-in because of a line. There were 2 coners to check-in but only one was open. Difficult to sqeeze and pass through the bed to get out. Air condition was crazy blowing right into your face because of wrong position in front of . So we had to turn it off.

We stayed one night here as we were in transit from Valencia to leave the next day from Castellon airport. The hotel was very clean, room equipped with everything needed for one night. I don't know what the hotel's location is like in relation to areas of interest, but it was very close to the supermarket and some restaurants. Also, we could have coffee and juices from free which was nice. The staff was very friendly.

Great location and value for money. I went for work and it was perfect. They provided all amenities necessary for my stay. The staff provided suggestions on places to go and were friendly and helpful.

My only comment is that the breakfast hot dishes were not hot at all (such as the scrambled eggs or sausages). But considering the reception staff is the same as the breakfast staff, they were doing a great job.

Everything was good! The bed size was amazing, and the bathroom was huge as well. I like that we had a window both in the bathroom and in the room.

The bed's location was a bit uncomfortable, but despite that, all was perfect. The garage was good, but if I've had a bigger car it would have been chaos.

Big crack in shower screen, fridge not cold, bare minimum of complimentary coffee pods, sugar etc and one packet of crisps/mini kit kat between 2 people. Bedside light too bright

Great value for money, great location, great service. Rooms are a bit basic. Bathroom was very clean but a little bit dated. Breakfast was pretty good value for money. Free coffee, juice and water in the lobby.

EUR12.50 for having a small dog in the room and there are no facilities (not even a bowl for water. EUR11 for parking but no guarantee that there will be a parking place, and you can't reserve. The carparks for the hotel are a bit limited, and as is often the case in Spain, the spaces and access are really narrow.

Everything was wonderful - staff were pleasant and helpful all the time, the location was central with some restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops nearby. The room was great and there was free water and coffee etc in the reception all the time.

The only thing I could “complain” about is the structure of the wifi login. Once logged in the wifi worked perfectly, no complaints there, but the frequency of the login was repetitive and annoying.
