Great location, friendly staff & most of all, the excellent, if not the best breakfast set up we’ve ever encountered! Keep it up & to the staff assisting breakfast, we commend your great personalized service… very attentive & gracious ladies! Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone out there looking for a 10+ rating accommodation!

A very lovely property close to the center of Comillas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed and a nice size. The bathroom was wonderful. One morning we had coffee on the veranda. Very nice. Free parking is included.

The staff were friendly and ready to help. I found this town fascinating and the receptionist kindly shared some of the history. I am a peregrina I especially appreciated having a nice tub to ease my aching muscles.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner, rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel is in a good location and there was plenty of parking spaces in the hotel car park. Happy I picked here to stay on my visit to Comillas.

Nothing happy with my stay

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Fabulous staff, every single one of them friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has a traditional interior and is beautifully decorated. The room was a decent size and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is within 5-10 minute walking distance to the town and historic buildings of interest and 15 - 20 minutes walk from the beach. The hotel restaurant is well worth a visit, the food was amazing!

A true 4-star hotel. great value for the money. Silvio (hope I spelled that correctly), who worked the afternoon/evening shift, was exceptional at making our stay great. He made sure that we had everything we needed and helped with things like finding the optimal follow on transportation - and his English was outstanding. The breakfast was a great value.

Modern bathroom, nice newly decorated large room with an excellent heater/air conditioner that was easy to use to adjust the temperature. Fridge.

Location is excellent - very close to main attractions, at the same time quiet during the nighttime. Clean, well equipped, very kind staff. Pool was clean and nicely located in private aea.

Air conditioning is installed per room, seemed it cannot manage ocean humidity fully.

location: excellent location to visits sites between Gijón and Santander.

We have one child who was sleeping in our room, but arrival in the room we had to remove ourselves the bed-protections. We would have like to find the child bed ready to use.

Staff were very friendly and most spoke good English. Breakfast was self service with plenty of buffet choices and they offered us a simple hot breakfast too of eggs and bacon. It was great value and just felt homely and friendly. We had a fantastic stay there and would definitely go back!

A larger and better equipped bar area would have been the icing on the cake. But by no means a complaint!
