My third stay here, staff very helpful, always groundsmen out, gardening, and keeping the place well maintained. The location is great, over looking the sea, and close to the marina and town centre. The shop on site, is perfect for essentials , and has fresh baked items, for any more, there is a euro spar within 2 minutes walk.

A theme of most hotels, that is really the fault of the guests, but wish hotels would act on it. We over looked the pool, so didn't have to go out of my way to see it, but we counted 28 sun lounges with towels on, and nobody on them, from 0700- 0930 and saw one man, with his party of four, always put 9 towels on 9 beds in the centre , to ensure nobody went near him, and he didn't have to move his beds to follow the sun. So selfish, and wish if people didn't use a bed for say 2 hours, staff should take the towels away.. There was an issue with the number of beds, that was actually the fault of Booking .com, not the hotel. but between the Hotel, and later on, Booking .com, it all got sorted.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and everywhere was clean and tidy. The shop was open from 8.30am until 9pm, and although on the first night I only managed to get to the shop at 8.55pm l was not made to feel rushed by the assistant. Being just over the road from the sea was great, and although that is not a sandy beach it provided a pleasant 10 minute walk to the marina. All amenities were within easy walking distance.

It was quite a walk from the entrance to my apartment, as all other access routes had been blocked. I queried this and was told it was for security, which made sense. I do think in the future they could improve access within the complex. This is however a minor issue with what was a great holiday.

We had a good week, complex was kept well, lovely pool and bar area, reception well kept, apartments were ok, due an update soon I’d imagine but we were happy enough and there was nothing majorly wrong for us. Location is a short walk to main area so really excellent location. Lovely large balcony too

You only get one apartment clean per week which for a family of 4 is not good, ours happened on our day two so for the remaining 5 days we had no clean or change of bed clothes or change of towels. We asked for a change of towels and were being charged but were eventually given free of charge. Other than that apartments were old, remotes didn’t work on any of the 3 TVs but we didn’t really use the TVs so didn’t impact us

The location was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool bar food was lovely

Rooms were cleaned and towels changed only once in twelve nights. I thought this really wasn't good enough for the price we paid.

The reviews weren’t good but I thought it was fine. The apartments are basic but do the job, the bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely. The pool bar and Dany were fab, and the bar and supermarket on site were great. Staff were lovely. Find a short cut and your 10mins from the town centre max. It does need some upgrades but they were on with this while we were there and it was lovely to see the progress. I would stay again but would choose a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, we didn’t get the sun on the sea view balcony due to the time of year and the wind off the sea made it unusable. The 5pm in check in. We arrived at 12.30 and sat by the pool all day, went to get our bags at 4.45 and they still wouldn’t let us check in 15mins early. Seemed a bit of rule as I’m sure our room was ready as we could see it from where we were sat.

It was easy to find and close to the bus stop. A good location at the top of the town, close to the port and only a 12 minute walk to the town beach, maybe 20 to Waikiki. The apartments were all interesting designs and many had views front and back. The room was very clean and the bed comfy. We had plenty of hot water. The pool bar had sun all day and served a basic selection of food that was reasonable and tasty. The shop was well stocked and opened long hours with fresh bread each morning. Reception were friendly and helpful although a little slow, often a queue.

Quite a bit of road noise on the outside apartments and many of the ground floor units only have a terrace and not a balcony. Didn’t feel secure to a lone traveler. Also rude folk securing sunbeams with towels at dawn and then not turning up until lunch time. Needs managing. Hotel undergoing works which were sometimes a little noisy but it has to be done.

Everything was positive for us.the location of the hotel is very good in a quiet place not in big road's just a slow 15 mins walking across the playa from the central of corralejo. Room was perfectly fine with an amazing balcony for having your private coffee or meal and chilling around. Swimming pool area was one of the best part to do your sunbathing and have a fast swim and the pool bar is just amazing with good options of meal and drinks with fairly good prices (mojito was very tasty). Also in the hotel there is a supermarket with everything you need to have. The bar of the hotel have good music tasty sangria,beer and pizza.Overall the Hesperia make us feel we make the best choice to relax and discovered around the exotic Canary island and we are gonna choose it again.

The location is perfect for those who prefer to visit the old town and local bars and restaurants. There are some really nice cafes close by also. The staff from all areas are very pleasant and helpful. I would like to give a special mention this time to the girls on reception in particular Evelyn who went way above and beyond in helping us when we could not get transport to the airport on our departure. We would not have been able to make our flight home without her. She was our guardian angel,and went out of her way to resolve a quiet stressful situation. Considering at the time the staff on the desk were having quiet a stressful time themselves dealing with some particularly difficult guests. I have stayed here many times and always found ALL of the staff to be helpful and respectful. They will do their best to help make you vacation pleasant ,and deserve the guests respect in return. Looking forward to going back.

It's 3 star. Some areas could do with a little bit of a touching up. Also the traffic diversions in place at the moment are effecting the sea view apartments quality due to the noise. But hopefully the work causing the diversions will end soon and the sea can be heard again. The shower pressure was up and down. But there are major works being carried out on the water supply. So no fault of the hotel.

I love the location , I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years. It’s basic accommodation , and has all the amenities of a 5 star . The staff are very friendly . The property is clean and very well ran

The cleaners only call once a week , you can pay extra but sure if you were at home you’d have to clean up after yourself 😀 .

I'm sure like many people, I was a bit concerned booking this property due to some very poor reviews....Completely the opposite, yes it's not 5 star, could do with a bit of maintenance here and there, but overall, it certainly exceeded my expectations. Staff at check in - efficient Rooms are clean, kitchen has all the equipment you need The Pool area is very clean, the pool bar excellent - best breakfast we had in our 6 day stay, Danny is very friendly The Bar in the evenings, great atmosphere...Carlos and Andrea the staff were great, very friendly Supermarket onsite, extremely well stocked and very reasonably priced The Hotel is less than a 10 minute walk to the bottom of the main strip/music square Would definitely stay here again, so ignore all the poor reviews and try it, you won't be dissapointed.....

Late check in only at 5pm - although we arrived at 1pm and could use all the facilities until our room was ready
