Excellent position, very close to the sea front and the busiest and most entertaining part of town for restaurants, live music etc. but not too noisy. Pleasing design features in the roof-top terrace, with hot-tubs, and in the atrium. Nice, jolly cleaning staff.

No balcony furniture. Movement sensors for corridor lights sometimes leave one in the dark. We didn’t mind the rather squalid view over the derelict back yard across the road. But something I really disliked was that the hotel’s messaging system had been hacked. I received several scam messages purportedly from the hotel, via Booking.com messaging and also by email. They looked reasonably authentic but asked for card details and payment. Having established with the hotel that they were fake and informed Booking.com I was disappointed that they continued, with different wording, almost to the time of our arrival. Beware!

Room was amazing and cleaned every day fresh towels. And bed was big and comfy. Location was great close to everything., and staff were very warm and welcoming. Let us keep are room as had a late flight again the staff were very helpful and was a blessing would stay here again but in a room not over the recycling area.

No balcony and getting woke up by the recycling collection just outside of hotel. We had room 41 so was right opposite it. So few sleepless nights

- the location was great, 2’ walking to all the restaurants and bars in the old town/port, 2’ walking from a big supermarket, 2’ from the big parking space, in general that was great!! - the kitchen was fully equipped (no oil, salt etc though) - the room was cleaned daily if I remember correctly - bed was really comfortable, like in a good hotel, the window blinds were making the room quite dark too

- on the patio space at the top of the building we never saw nobody (we were going there after the dinner so quite late) but it looked abandoned/not yet opened for the season, and there was no light there neither, it’s a shame because they have a really nice space there, with cool sun beds and 2 jacuzzi, the bar

It was our second time staying here, absolutely fantastic facilities and location. The rooftop hot tub was great with a fantastic view and some comfortable lounge areas too to get a good tan. The room was relatively big and very comfortable with some basic cooking facilities - 2 electric hobs, a kettle, chopping boards, etc. which was useful too. The bathroom was spacious too with a nice shower; you could use the shower head fixed to the wall or hand-held, it was nice to have two options (especially for washing sand off your feet after the beach!). The hotel was kept very clean and tidy also and staff were very pleasant anytime we came across them.

The only thing I didn't like was that a few times we found the front door open; it's operated by a pincode so it should be kept closed for security, particularly if residents haven't checked in yet and have their luggage temporarily stored downstairs. I feel like someone could easily walk in and take things if they wanted to. Our visit last year was perfect but this year there was also an issue with teenagers coming in; we had booked because it's advertised as "child-free/adults only" but there were teens hanging around outside in the courtyard by our room and I noticed afterwards that they had graffitied a communal couch too. I imagine it was probably them leaving the door open but this is why I can't rate the place 10/10.

Our fourth visit here and this review is yet again similar to previous ones because it was just as good before. Yet again we never met our hosts but as always communication via WhatsApp was great - we were given a code to access the building and our room key was in a lockout box - again with a code. We had a choice to lock the key back in the box or take it with us when we went out. The rooms are numbered completely at random, reception was closed but the room was easily found. The room (our fourth different one) was large, airy and clean with a large comfy bed, we only made drinks so didn't check the self-catering equipment too closely. The safe was free to use unlike some places – I do like that little touch. The shower was great with a good pressure and plenty hot water most days, on our first day and one other day the water was barely running but I understand it was a problem throughout the town and not specific to our property. The roof terrace is great, although we never use the jacuzzi, we do venture up there and take in the view at various times of the day. The staff are really pleasant and helpful and clean the room daily. Towels are changed daily if required and the sheets changed once midweek. There is free wifi although we don’t use it. The location is superb and just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Corralejo with all its lively restaurants and bars in the evening. A few reviews comment on the noise from the glass bins which are very close but we didn’t notice it this time.

Good location in the Old Town. Close to waterfront, local bars/restaurants, supermarket. Superb views over Corralejo Old Town, Lobos and Lanzarote.

Outside noise late/early hours from local bars/restaurants, filling/emptying bins. Roof terrace has superb views and had obviously been built as an area for socialising with bar, sunbeds, seating, water feature and hot tubs, but whilst clean, now looks tired and in need of refreshing. This may be due to costs of staffing/running a bar and lack of guests utilising the facilities?

Location great in old town . Rooms modern, comfortable and clean and cleaned everyday . Big powerful hairdyer in bathroom. Iron supplied. Plenty of storage . Great bathroom. Great lighting everywhere . Secure apartments. Rooftop terrace with 1 working jacuzzi and plenty of sunbeds . It has everything we needed . We really enjoyed our stay . Great value for money. 9 out of 10 for us . Booked again already

Lucky to have a very small balcony but no chairs to sit on . It didn't bother is too much though . Would still stay again . Rooftop terrace is great but could be doing with some repair work here and there but again it didn't bother us. Bins emptied so a bit of noise very early morning. We only heard it the odd morning and it only lasted a few minutes therefore again this did not bother us .. we have already booked again for next January and we loved it . Great value for money

It was so comfortable clean and equipped for all of our needs. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to my friends and family and would definitely stay again. Thankyou

I did not want to leave... My stay went far to quick

The room was absolutely gorgeous!!! The only hotel we stayed at Fuerteventura where we didnt see any cockroaches. Everything about the room was 10/10, it was clean, nothing was broken. The cleaner did an exceptional job every day! The view from the rooftop - exceptional. We didnt realize when booking that the location was also PERFECT! Very close to the ferry port, which made it easy to take boat/ferry excursions to Lobos/Lanzarote, all the nice restaurants and the main street are nearby. The beach is only 7 min away. We did enjoy the carnival afterall, too!

Only one of the bathtubs was working, the cabanas were not set up, the rooftop bathroom was always locked. Rooftop bar was not working as well. Parking was a problem, because the public parking next to the hotel was closed to be a stage for the carnival. We didnt know about the carnival, and the hotel did not inform us in advance that finding a parking space on the street is near impossible during carnival. Communication was on WhatsApp - they did provide important info but did not reply to our messages about the parking situation.
