The airport shuttle was on time and not crowded. Signing up in advance was an aid. The Hotel is in walking distance of the rail and subway station for convenient transportation into Barcelona. There are also busses to the station. The neighborhood borders on residential and industrial. The residential side offers shopping, cafes, restaurants, and bars, but the neighborhood is mainly quiet and pleasant.

The hotel is pricey, but what isn;t in the Barcelona area. With the fall of the dollar it was $200 a night without breakfast. The air conditioner never cooled the room. There were dozens of TV stations but only BBC and CNN in English.

Great location with free shuttle bus to the airport. We found plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and enjoyed a walk to “Parc Nue” to kill some time before we left the country. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Good aircon and windows open for fresh air. Lovely bar downstairs. CWe didn’t get to use the pool or gym.

We took the local train from Barcelona Sants and arrived in El Prat de Llobregat train stop- just a warning, there were many stairs and no working elevator or escalator to get to street level. If you have mobility issues, be aware of this. Otherwise the Hotel is easy to access from the train.

Availability of shuttle, particularly scheduled departures from hotel to airport. Clean and spacious.

Waiting for shuttle at airport is a bit of a lottery - not a poor experience, just something to take into account on journey.

I loved that there was a free airport shuttle to & from BCN airport. I did have to wait close to an hour for my pick up from the airport, but it was right on schedule going back. I just needed somewhere to sleep near the airport between long haul flights, and it was more than I hoped for. The gave me an early check in & the rooms were comfortable. Staff was lovely. There were many amenities, breakfast, a restaurant, rooftop, etc if you wanted meals, coffee, cocktails, etc.

Wish the shuttle picked up more frequently from the airport, example every 15-20min on a schedule. I waited almost an hour.

The staff was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My stay was at the end of a cruise and before I travelled home by plane, and I was able to leave an extra suitcase at the hotel while I went on the cruise, at no additional cost. I knew I would arrive early back from the cruise and had asked for an early check-in. While they had said they couldn't guarantee my room would be available, when I arrived, it was available, so I was able to get comfortable immediately. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. The property is clean and has a snack bar, restaurant and breakast room. The breakfast itself is excellent; there is a good choice of hot food, cereals, breads, fruit, yoghurts, salads, juices and coffee. I had a delicious meal of salmon tartare in the restaurant. I ordered the shuttle to get me to the airport for my flights, and it arrived on time. The driver was helpful in getting my luggage loaded and unloaded and drove carefully.

I couldn't change the language from German to English on the TV in my room; while I could change it on the start 'page', the change didn't cascade to further pages, even after restarting, which was frustrating. The roof top bar wasn't open until late on the night I was there, so I didn't experience that.

I chose this property for location and shuttle service, as I wanted to spend an afternoon in Barcelona before flying out the next day. The train to central Barcelona is about a 14 minute walk, with a 15 minute ride to Passeig. The excellent breakfast buffet was available early enough so that I could eat before catching a morning flight. The front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The vinyl flooring in my room was chipped and creaked when I walked on it. The doors down the hall are quite loud when they self-close. The room smelled of cleaning products when I first arrived.

The hotel was really nice. The buffet area at the bar was very nice. The hotel was very kind. They allowed us to leave a bag there free of charge because we were traveling onto Sevilla and we would not be back to Barcelona for a few days. Unfortunately, we missed the buffet so we can’t comment on that because we had to leave so early in the morning we were not able to partake of it, but I’m sure that it would’ve been very nice. The pastries that they left out at five in the morning for travelers was a nice gesture, but they weren’t very good. I wish we could’ve had the breakfast.

After getting to the airport after our stay in Barcelona, we had a one-day delay in our flight. Not wanting to return to the city, I looked for rooms that offered a shuttle service. This was an excellent choice for our needs. The shuttle was prompt and efficient, we had a spacious, quiet and comfortable room. The entire hotel was immaculately clean, the staff was welcoming and helpful, and the entire experience seemed geared for an air traveler's needs. The restaurant offerings looked wonderful, but we got quick sandwiches and drinks in the bar area, perfect for our needs. Room service is also available--so they cover food needs in many ways.

Nothing should be changed for what we needed.

I knew we could be picked up by the hotel's shuttle, but it would have been nice to know the name on the shuttle which was (Salles) and that it may be parked in one of many airport parking slots for shuttles. The pickup shuttle was great to have available. The room was immaculate with a comfortable bed, large shower towels, and a hotpot to use for instant coffee or tea. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and very pleasant. One young lady gave us explicit directions on using the Metro to get to the Sagrada Familia Basicila. and the location of a wonderful restaurant. The location is great for getting to a grocery store, restaurants, the Metro and or the bus or train. The breakfast there is wonderful with selections galore.

A fan would have been great to have since the A/C had been turned off for the winter. It was nice in the room when the window was opened in the day, but at night with it shut it was a little warm. It was not dreadfully hot, just a bit warm.

This was our 3rd stay in this hotel when transiting through Barcelona on our way back to Australia from Europe. The airport shuttle service always works well, check in quick and easy and we always have a nice drink and light meal at the bar. The room is spacious, well furnished and very comfortable beds. As our flight leaves early in the morning, staff give us a wake up call and coffee and some food are available between 4am-6am until the breakfast menu starts. Staff are excellent.

Could not fault this hotel - excellent.
