I stayed here last year recovering from a broken leg and I was so happy with my daughter. This year was even better! All the food is great, the staff are all friendly and helpful - opening greetings and goodbyes on reception, the cleaning staff, the waiting staff in the restaurant and poolside bar, the 'club animación' staff. The easy 5 minute stroll to the beach and other places is great. The cercanias station behind the hotel is wonderfully located (you hardly hear the trains) to get to and from Málaga city high speed train connections, the airport or just to travel up and down the coast.

This is our second visit to this beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel. With large rooms, large beds, and constantly being cleaned everywhere! In a quiet location next to the electric train station, which is affordable and it makes it easy to get to and from the airport and travelling along the coast from Malaga to Fuengirola, making it very easy to explore the whole area The food is adequate and plentiful, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The gardens and pool area are lovely to relax in with plenty of sunbeds for everyone and quiet places to sit and read a book. There are plenty of nice places to eat along the seafront if you fancy a change and beautiful beaches to relax on, where the sunbeds dont cost a fortune We will be back again soon!

It would have been nice to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Take a travel kettle with you, if you like a cuppa when you wake .

Great hotel. Very big hotel for a great holiday by the sea. there also the train and bus stop very near to get out and about. Room was very big with a nice small hallway to leave u suitcase and hang up coats. Restaurants was very big and the food was very well presented and we really enjoyed eating there. There was a nice relaxing atmosphere in restaurant and the staff were very friendly and removed the plates off the table fast. Lovely big garden with 2 adults pool and a children pool. Plenty of sun bed and a pool side bar and cafe. There was also a big terrace off the bar with loads of tables and chairs to sit around outside and have a coffee drink. Rooms was very clean with great views of pool and sea. All staff very helpful and give advice about trips and maps available too. We loved the gorgeous carrots cakes and chocolate cake. There was free water available for all meals and u could refill you water bottle in restaurant too which was much appreciated.

We like to eat beetroot every day as we heard it good for you, but there was none available maybe next time they might have some grated beetroot

Very friendly and helpful staff. The free parking was a very big plus. The breakfast and dinner were very complete with a lot of different options and specials that were changed every day. Awesome value for the money. We got a great room with a view to the sea on the top floor with a terrace. The hotel has a recreation area with pool tables and a bar that were great for relaxing.

Unfortunately we didn't receive the best cleaning service during our stay. The stayed for 7 days and not once wes the bed linens changed. For 4 star hotel it was surprising to not have a tea station in the room and no iron/ironing board. Another thing that is more for Spain in general are the pillows. We had one long pillow for the entire bed, their individual pillows are way longer for the bed and don't fit both, plus were just not comfortable.

Great breakfast (higher than Spain hotel´s standard). Railway station close (100 meters) the hotel (no noise) - can be used for trips to Malaga.

Bad parking - no place before the hotel and limited capacities in side streets. We didn´t use hotel´s services - just only base for travelling (Gibraltar, Ronda, Malaga). Older hotel facilities and design (flashback to 90´th). It is not unpleasant and does not reduce the quality of the stay. But a minor upgrade would offer a better stay experience and may be the reason return back in sommer.

We liked: the accessibility to the hotel from the railway station; greetings at reception; cleanliness and spaciousness of our room also the outstanding outdoor areas where you could either sunbathe around the pool or in the grounds. In the evening we sat and enjoyed the outdoor patio area whilst enjoying a glass of vino. The dining room had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere but with touch of elegance. The griddle chef, having been informed of my intolerance to the use of sunflower oil, cooked my meat separately using, probably olive oil and said that every following evening during our stay, that he would not use sunflower oil again during my stay! How perfect was that?

The offer of a kettle in our room as I really did miss not being able to make a cup of tea!

We loved the proximity to the railway station and the hotel location was set in beautiful surroundings. The hotel was a little dated but had been well remodelled to meet today's standards.

The only negative was, in our room there were lovely large fitted wardrobes with clip catches on the back to keep them closed. However the tiny handles were impossible for an elderly person to grip and pull open. As I myself found out.

The food was particularly good this trip, dare i say the best we have experienced at this hotel. All of the staff (as usual) were very courteous and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day during our stay with fresh towels provided each day. We love the garden area and upper terrace which is very well maintained.

One tiny gripe in the bedroom....we prefer single pillows, not a long bolster pillow to share, especially as I like two pillows and it was difficult using the spare pillows in the cupboard as they were to long.. I suppose I could have asked at reception for hanges, but we just persevered.

Hotel was clean and staff were great. Good location and nice pools and gardens.

The only problem for us was the food. It was the same thing, with different cooking sauces every day. We never looked forward to dinner has we knew it would be a let down. It was never hot and thank god for microwaves

We have stayed there before, that is why we rebooked. The location is perfect for us as you can take the train from Malaga airport directly to the little staion behind the hotel. Just 5.10 euros for 2 single journey. food superb and we went full board. Excellent value for money. Nice well kept gardens and just minutes from the sea. Staff very friendly. Many people were on return visits. Would definitely rebook.
