On a road trip, so only passing through. Cjeck in and access to the car park was super easy. The apartment was superb. Very well equipped, the dogs were made welcome with a dog bed, bowl and treats each (there is a charge of 20€ per dog). Location was perfect for us, easy to find, easy to access, not far from the main road for our trip. Area was nice to walk around with our dogs, and pretty.

Lovely clean modern apartment on top floor with great views. The Hello box with crisps, water and coffee pods was a nice touch Good heating and nice soft pillows and bedding was lovely. Libere staff very helpful with instructions on entry. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

The building is on a really busy street and the entrance is hard to find. Libere should show an satellite map of the street showing the entrance to the garage. Fourteen euros for parking in the building is excessive. Single beds. No Netflix on tv.

Centrally located. Allowed for easy walks into town. Loved to be in the first floor of the facility and the breakfast arrangements with the Jazz Bar. Vitoria-Gasteiz is strategically located to visit Bilbao, San Sebastian, Saint Jean de Luz, Biarritz and Logrono. Staff reacted quickly to our request to correct an issue in one of the bathrooms. Loved to keyless 21st century process. Initially, it could be challenging for senior customers, but once you get the hang of it is very convenient. Parking facility was excellent.

Late self check-in with a code. The 24/7 service was good! Parking is subject to availability and costs €13, so we chose not to reserve a spot. Instead, we parked on the street for free from 8 PM to 8 AM, which was great. Unfortunately, we arrived late and couldn’t use the facilities. We only showered and slept, then left early the next day. Next time, we will stay longer.

The pull-out sofa was disappointing; a staff member had to come and help us pull it out. Additionally, the mattress of the sofa was quite uncomfortable to sleep on.

Prompt, clear instructions about how to enter/leave the apartment - we were a bit anxious about a totally on-line check-in but it worked brilliantly for us. Very clean, spacious apartment which was also very quiet and well-equipped. The welcome pack with cleaning/laundry bits in a as a nice touch. The apartment was very near to a supermarket/bars and some restaurants but Vittoria itself seemed to be a little tired, dirty and uninteresting.

There were a couple of doors on the media unit that wouldn't close but this didn't bother us.

Very spacious, clean, modern decor. Lovely welcome gift box on arrival. We arrived very late and had to leave early morning, so we only managed to stay to get showered and sleep which was a shame as we couldn’t get to enjoy our stay. I did managed to get some washing done which was a bonus.

Parking can be an issue, if you have a roof box you will have to park on the streets which is difficult in peak times.

Location was exceptional, close to places of interest but also to green areas, cafes and swimming pools. I liked the cleanliness of the place and the light summery feel of the decor. The beds were comfy and I also liked the code-based access to the property - you don’t need to worry about losing any keys!

The only fault I’d find with the place is that there was no locker room that guests could access on their own to drop off their bags - for a later check in or after check out. Sometimes you are early for your check-in or you may want to see a few places after checking out of the property. It’d be nice to be able to leave your suitcases somewhere in those situations - especially if you are traveling with children!

The room is fantastic! Nice and big. Very clean. Above all expectations!

I thought it was a pity that the check in process was all online. You needed to fill in quite a lot of details, I wish the staff did that. I also wasn't happy about the extra costs. They didn't say anything about extra costs for a dog and i thought there was free parking. Maybe I missed some information. You need to pay €15 per night, per dog and €14,- for the parking. Parking on the street is by the way no problem and for free so that 'problem' was solved easily! For Doggy there was a small bed and bowls in the room. And he got a package of cookies! So after all the money was good spend ;)

very clean hotel room, in fact 2 rooms in one (we were 3 persons), adjacent to the historical center, totally new and modern decorated, very good bakery at the next corner where you can sit down and have breakfast too. Vitoria is very nice, very lively, and has really good food !

the checkin/checkout was a bit of a nuisance, we received different emails/notifications and not sure which you need when you are in front of the garage. Luckily the reception desk was open (next door) and they came to open the garage for us. Also when driving out of the garage you need a code.

Excellent location. Good value for money. Comfortable and clean as we’ve indicated on the previous questions.

The only real criticism we have is the complete lack of any electric sockets around the kitchen area. This meant we could not plug in the kettle, the coffee making machine, nor the toaster in the kitchen area. There is clearly a design fault and we were worried about the potential danger of using these electrical appliances in other parts of the accommodation.
