What wasn’t to love about the property? The view from our room was outstanding. The vineyard, the ocean and lighthouse in the distance, just stunning. On top of just the view, the homemade breakfast every morning for an incredibly reasonable price. Fresh squeeze orange juice every day. Fresh cappuccino or espresso when you want them. And the self service bar and snacks area was a nice detail that helped make our stay feel like we were at home.

I loved the tranquil location in the country and the views from the room and restaurant terrace. Very friendly and helpful people. Lovely room and bathroom. Simple, tasteful and luxurious at the same time. I liked the DIY ‘help yourself’ kitchen. I like the trust writing down what you take from the kitchen which is then added to the bill. That may seem a trivial point but there’s something appealing about this in this day and age! I would definitely stay again.

There’s no restaurant for an evening meal. In some ways, it would have been nice to have someone prep a hot meal after a day of travelling. But it’s a minor point and I knew this at the time of booking. And per the positive comments, the help yourself kitchen has its own charm.

Small cosy hotel run by 2 friendly sisters. Love the homely environment with sofas, dining tables and kitchen with glasses, plates, cutlery where you can have your own meals. Lovely view of the rolling hills and vineyards, and the sea. Wish we had stayed longer so we can do more hikes around the place.

Distance from town, but we had a car so it was fine.

Nothing, it was perfect!

very modern decoration with home feeling, generations of owners welcoming their guests opening their kitchen with freely available wonderful food (soupe, vegetables, cheese, ham, cakes, variety of drinks) all bio and individually packaged the view is impressive with sea view from wineyards room was very clean and modern, newly furnished with designer bathroom very confortable huge bed was the bonus after a long and busy journey

it was perfect, nothing to criticise

Everything! From the beginning, we felt right at home. The decor was warm and inviting, the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom, the common spaces, the possibility of serving yourself anytime for a snack or night cap. The breakfast was abundant and delicious with freshly made eggs (any style), bacon and fresh orange juice. The area around the property of course is lovely at anytime of year!

Beautiful boutique hotel managed by family :) interior full of small details, made with the taste and for the comfort of the guests, cool terrace, open kitchen for common use. The garden is super nice - huge plantations of grapes, lots of flowers, trees, grass and petit lake, all is harmonious, peaceful, well maintained. Good shower and comfy bed, all clean. Breakfast is perfect - tortilla or eggs, fresh orange juice, fruit, different teas and lots of bakery :) attention paid to everything , owners are doing their best🌺

The view could be better but i think we took the last available room so we were lucky, our ventilator didn't work and there is no AC so was a bit hot. Room is quite small

The property and location were excellent. Immaculately cared for, very relaxed and comfortable. The staff, mainly family, are very attentive, but never intrusive.

Noisy dogs barking all night at nearby farm. Not really any fault of the hotel but it was annoying in such a quiet location.

Perfect place to relax in middle of wines. Beautiful lookouts and personal very nice and helpful.

The shower taps should be changed. It was very difficult to use them and get warm water. Room nr 8

Outstanding view to the sea across the vineyards below the hotel. The sisters who run the hotel could not have been more charming and helpful, it felt like a real family affair who treated their guests as if they were family. The food and teas were outstanding and the idea of not just an honesty bar, but a fridge stacked with fish soup, jamon, prepared meals, the best tuna ands sardines and fresh bread and tomatoes was excellent. We could not park in San Sebastian on the night we stayed, so went back to the hotel and prepared with their help, a top notch picnic supper with wine.

Size of the room could have been bigger, but that was our fault for not choosing a larger room.
