The hotel was truly amazing and so was the staff. Rooms were newly upgraded with amazing showers and plenty of room. My son had a single room and we had the suite all ocean view. The view was truly amazing from the property. Restaurant and the bar had the same amazing view as the rooms. Service was top notch, they went out of their way for any assistance we needed while on property or helping us book events off property in the local language. This was our first trip to Spain and will likely not be our last given the amazing experience in Ur Bare and the town of Zarautz

The location, the hotel, the service, the food, the people. We loved the hotel and the location. This was our favourite stay from our trip to the Basque Country. Zarautz is a great place to stop and base to explore the wider coast in this region. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming, attentive and focused on the details and keen to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and we loved the overall design throughout the hotel - a lot or thought has gone into this. We had a very delicious and memorable meal at the hotel’s restaurant - one of the best from our trip. We would love to have spent more time here and would very much like to visit again.

This is a gem of a hotel. Modern and beautifully designed, with a great outdoor pool area and sundeck overlooking the beach in Zarautz. Warm and personal service, good breakfast. We got an upgrade to a super nice room, which was appreciated after a long day's walk on the Camino Norte.

Only thing I can remember is that the fresh orange juice at breakfast was starting to get a little bit fermented.

Lovely hotel, in an excellent location in the west end of Zarautz. The staff were super kind, professional and helpful. The breakfast is great, with quality ingredients and a variety of options from eggs to yogurt, and bread. Parking was right at the hotel. Views from the hotel were amazing, as we overlooked the ocean. A plus was that we could use a variety of surfboards at no extra costs, and they were good quality! Would love to come back and highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ur Bare in Zarautz, and it exceeded all my expectations. This hotel is a gem for several reasons. Firstly, its proximity to the beach is a huge plus, making it incredibly convenient for beachgoers. The rooms are not only modern but also very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The dining experience at Hotel Ur Bare is exceptional. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals, and the breakfast spread is simply fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy your taste buds. In summary, Hotel Ur Bare offers a fantastic location near the beach, modern and comfortable rooms, and outstanding culinary offerings. This hotel is an excellent choice.

Well designed and beautifully fitted, this place holds the best position in Zarautz. Our family room was so comfortable, after a week we didn’t want to leave. The staff, every one of them, are the best I’ve experienced in years of travel. A truly wonderful place. Wow.

Beautiful hotel on the edge of the town. Wonderful views of the beach. Delicious breakfasts and complimentary mini bar. Very comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom. Highly recommend for a few special nights away We loved walking along Zarautz beach and along the coastal path to Getaria

very helpful and friendly receptionists making experience extra special they made you feel included short distance away from town great walks close by and beach. the hotel is very modern and beautiful. very comfortable rooms and bed. nice peaceful area to chill by the pool

being pregnant the menu for pincho/ lunch didn’t have any options for me also the menu wasn’t in English so constantly having to ask what things are to find out if I could eat if we were staying for a long period the variety at breakfast could change to make it more interesting for example different fruits maybe option for cooked mushrooms or sausage just a bit more variety over several days

Great Hotel from restaurant to room qnd bar. The food was excellant the service outstanding. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Oh the view, a memory we will always have. Thank you to all the staff, your boss can be proud. Keep it up and hope to see you again soon.

There was nothing to not appreciate, everything perfect.

They have everything you need, high-end and they just have thought of everything. It was just so fantastic. The bar was perfect, the restaurant was top notch and just all the details made you feel like you were right at home. I cannot recommend this place enough.
