We stayed in the attic room and the view towards the beach was excellent. The sleep was very comfortable. The staff (a short-haired blonde young lady, in our case) was very easy, speaks good English and was helpful. The location of the hotel is great as it's just a short walk away from the splendid Mollari, and the walk from the hill to the old town is beautiful. The restaurant is exceptional and understandably popular among locals. There's even a huge terrace with stunning sea view for drinking right outside the restaurant.

There were a few very small wrong details inside the room, such as the top shower nozzle which spills water to the outside of the shower space. The calculations with the interior design are not all accurate enough.

The location and views are stunning. The bed is comfortable and facilities excellent. The powerful shower was particularly welcome. A comprehensive and tasty breakfast was provided with a large variety of choices.

The quirky design features and textured surfaces of the hotel, while eye-catching, look a little grubby even though I am sure they are cleaned regularly. It’s a shame the restaurant wasn’t open in the evening but there may well have been insufficient guest numbers out of season, to warrant it.

The staff are friendly and helpful! Amaya and Iraiaarana were kind to share their local favorite restaurants and hikes. Everyone was patient with our limited Spanish and no Basque language skills. The views from the property and access to a walking trail down to the beach are unmatched! The rooms are modern clean. The food is outstanding!!

We wish the local bus would run later to go to and from town. The walk isn't bad but it would be more convenient.

Nice view overlooking the beach of Zarautz. Very modern stylish and spacious room with a big TV screen. Bathroom with rainforest shower, very comfortable bed! Coffee machine downstairs available for free and good coffee. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and fresh orange juice. Free parking right by the Hotel. The staff is very friendly!

The restaurant does not match the superb interior of the hotel.

The property was exceptionally clean. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant served great meals. The location of the property was super for views of the ocean.

The bed was very soft. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The price charged is clearly reflective of nowhere comparable locally but unfortunately wasn’t good value for money in comparison to other places stayed.

Everything. The place is charming and the staff makes you feel at home. The room was comfortable and the views were amazing. We would definitely recommend it!

The location is amazing! Breathtaking view and beautiful newly renovated building on top of a very tasty old restaurant. The staff are super helpful and offered us a complementary super late check out without any problems:). The room was clean, spacious, with a lovely all-white minimalistic design and an amazing view straight from bed (we had windows towards the beach). Also be sure to check out the restaurant! The fried calamari, shishito peppers and tomahawk are delicious.

We had a very nice stay in a room with a terrace; its a hotel with a very special design; there is a very popular restaurant with huge terraces outside; beautiful view; very friendly personnel; nice food, breakfast was ok; a parking space was available.

Its quite expensive it was a long distance to the beach, you had to walk walking along the camping and climb many steps

We had an amazing room with a bathtub next to the window, a huge shower and an enormous TV. Everything was clean and the goodies were delicious.

Some of the things for breakfast were rather low quality, such as the waffles and the bread.
