Friendly, helpful staff. Great facilities, pool with an amazing view of Granada and mountains. Very comfortable bed. Easy to reach both train and bus station using the metro. Walkable to city centre and all of the sights.

Breakfasts were great if you don't have any allergies, but one of us is medically gluten free. There were some safe GF options available but items in the buffet that could have been GF (such as cold meats) were cross contaminated from breadsticks used as decoration. Honeycomb looked amazing but was also possibly contaminated, would be great to have some packaged honey or jam available for people with allergies.

Modern and convenient, very comfy beds. One of the female Receptionists was excellent in providing us with tourist information and had excellent English. She was very happy to give us tailored advice including transport information, directions, and suggestions of where to eat and visit. There was a bus once an hour from right outside up to the alhambra via town. Breakfast was 8/10 excellent. One of the few hotels with ample secure parking; given that tourists can’t drive into the historical centre so therefore can’t park near the other hotels. So a great option if you have a car, not really much choice but to pay for the park as it would have been next to impossible to find free street parking. Seemed fairly priced.

It was a bit confusing on where to drive in for parking. We missed the entry to the hotel and had to drive a big loop. It would have been great if there was some kind of map provided before check in. One very minor point - When I first came in I think the other receptionist may have been amused by my accent - maybe she thought I was asking for chicken instead of check in but she looked at me like I was dim and seemed to laugh at me. It wasn’t a great first impression after my long tiring drive!! Was really disappointing to find jacuzzi was an extra cost. This wasn’t clear when I booked. It was also expensive so we gave it a miss even though we had been looking forward to it.

This is a comfortable if somewhat corporate hotel on the outskirts of town. It has its own underground parking (@18 eur per night) The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

The area is a little dull and it's quite a taxi ride into town.

Right from our first encounter at reception, all the staff were wonderfully friendly, helpful and professional. We really felt like nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. All areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean, and everywhere smelled nice! We were particularly impressed with the breakfast offer. Breakfast was very well managed, and there was an air of calm efficiency throughout. The food choices were fabulous, and it was so nice to see a chef on hand to cook food fresh! We chose this hotel because of its location within walking distance of the GenesisCare clinic in Hospital La Inmaculada, but would stay again for any visit to the city. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel.

Location of the property is easy to get to by car and excellent parking. Quiet neighborhood. Staff is superb in all aras from recep, to bar to breakfast. The quality of the kitchen from the bar menu to their restaurant ia better than most places in town. Try it!. Our third year in a row is staying here, and we will be back again.

The red chairs in the room are worn down. time to replace, which they are doing this week, I believe. Glad to see they continue to invest in such a great property.

We recently stayed at the Barcelo Granada Congress and overall, it was a positive experience. The location is excellent, easy to find, and having on-site parking is a huge bonus—just make sure to budget for it. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We booked a Super Deluxe room, which, while it had all the usual features, was a bit smaller than we expected and felt somewhat dated. However, it was still good value for the money. The rooftop pool offers fantastic views, though the lack of adequate shade made it difficult to fully enjoy during the hotter parts of the day. It’s a great spot, but be prepared for limited cover. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options catering to many tastes. The dining area is peaceful, enhanced by the gentle sound of the water features, making for a pleasant start to the day. Another plus is the hotel's proximity to the city centre—only a 15-minute walk straight up the road. Overall, this hotel offers an impressive location, excellent staff, and good amenities, with the breakfast being particularly noteworthy.

Room was a little outdated and small but comfortable The pool needs some attention, and the shade needs to be reviewed.

This was our second stay and it was again very good. The staff are truly exceptional, and the breakfast restaurant and offer are by far the best we've encountered in Spain

Not a major problem, but as we wanted to eat in the hotel in the evening, we found the lobby bar menu a little limited. We hear the Arrozante Restaurant has a fine reputation, but it is only open lunchtime-although we're not sure if this is the case all year round? Nevertheless, all the food we had was very good.

Room, breakfast and bed were very good. Parking was very handy.

For a 5 star hotel you should be serving fresh orange juice. Coffee machines could be adjusted to get real cappucino or caffe au lait. When you serve grilled vegies or other things it needs to be warmer (I understand you don't want them to be to dry but other hotels balance better the temperature). Also we didn't get the access to the internal swiming pool while the external is free but unusable when we have very cold weather. You should offer this as an extra when it's very cold. It's a pitty that hotels like yours don't have tickets for Alhambra any more and I had to pay to an agency 110 Euros for me and my wife (abuse and potential corruptive relationships between Alhambra and those "official" agencies)

From staff to room, our stay was perfect! They understood our unique travel needs and made the extra effort and gave us fitting advice. The room was fantastic with a lovely view. Quiet cool and dart when we slept, bright when we opened the curtains again.

The pool area apparently is not meant for relaxing and sunbathing: loud club music was played and it didn’t march the serenity of the rest of the hotel. Nonetheless this did not spoil our stay!

We have stayed here now several times as the hotel has a great location to visit the city. The reception at the hotel always is very welcoming and they offer a parking space for 18€ a day at the hotel itself. This time we didn´t have breakfast as we left early to go skiing at Sierra Nevada, but we have had it on other occasions and I can only recommend it.

For the first time we have a complaint about the bed. We had a double bed which made a lot of noise and apart from that if either myself or my husband moved, the other person felt it. We both didn´t sleep well. In May we are back in Granada but this time I will consider booking another hotel.
