One word for this hotel: perfect. The highly professional service by the staff mixed with a comfortable and familiar note especially, but not ony, by Miss Olga and her collegue which took care of us at the first night turned our 5 nights stay in Granada into an unforgettable adventure. Thank you so much. The hotel is located about 10min walk to the cathedral. So you are very close to the center of Granada. On the other hand you are close to non-touristic parts of this city and it's a quiet area at night and morning. We stayed in different rooms during our visit. All of them were clean, nice and completly as we wished and suspected. But: If you have the time and money stay in the beautiful and enourmous junior suite. We travel a lot. I have never seen such a beautiful full-service suite like this. We highly recommend Hotel Granada Center. Hope to see you soon. And thank you again.

the location is great for getting to and from the train station or airport. Large commercial hotel, so very efficient, clean, well appointed. A little disappointed by the lack of a kettle or coffee machine in the room since I get up around 5am and like a coffee immediately (I asked, they wouldn’t give me one). The breakfast buffet was huge with lots of options and freshly cooked.

This is a very large, commercial hotel. When I arrived, I asked for a coffee machine or kettle in my room because I like a cup of coffee as soon as I wake up. I was told “no”. So in the morning, I went down to the restaurant and was told I’d have to buy the whole buffet to get my one cup of coffee, and directed me to the bar across the lobby where I finally got a cup of coffee. When I checked out, the receptionist told me I should have asked for a kettle in my room, which I had the night before when I checked in. So it was all very confusing.

Modern and fairly big hotel for European standards. Comfortable room and bathroom. Very attentive receptionists, always trying to help and please the guest. It is located around 15 min walking from old town. It is located on a busy street, but you can barely hear the noise.

Thin walls - you could hear your neighbor guests even banging their toothbrush on the sink next door... The AC was central, but it was working in some rooms but not in others... In our first room, the AC was not working and it became really hot during the night. We were changed rooms on the following day and the AC was working on the other. If you come by car, the hotel has a paid parking garage - parking on the streets around is not that easy.

Breakfast was very good. My friend is coeliac and I am gluten intolerant. This was not a problem for the breakfast team; we had let them know and they were expecting us. We were provided with very tasty GF bread and some pastry biscuits that were ok too. Plenty of cheese, ham, eggs etc with lovely coffee as well - it was all spotlessly clean and the staff were polite and friendly, sadly, I missed the name of the gentleman who gave us the bread each morning, but he was very kind - it was an excellent experience all round thank you. The hotel is very stylish and well kept, with plenty of space to move around including ramps if you are a wheelchair user or of limited mobility. The receptionists were also all polite and helpful especially Eva who helped us find our way around the town on the map - thank you Eva :) Taxis were easily ordered at reception and came promptly with no fuss, usually costing about 5 - 8 euros to Alhambra etc.

we were a little concerned (from reviews we had read) that the room we were allocated at the front would be noisy, but the double (triple?) glazing meant that this was not a problem. We did not seem to have control of the air con but the temperature was fairly even in the room anyway.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Granada Center — it’s a beautiful property with a stunning indoor reception and high ceilings that make a great first impression. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Granada on foot. We didn’t need to opt for breakfast as so many great cafés were just steps away. The staff were courteous and professional, and we were especially grateful when they confirmed they had safely kept our forgotten iPad after checkout — a big relief! One thing to note: there was a parking fee we didn’t expect, but that’s part of the hotel policy and clearly stated. Overall, a comfortable, elegant, and well-located hotel — would definitely recommend for a stay in Granada!

Parking should be free bcos we are staying

The staff were really nice and very efficient, especially at the reception desk and especially the man who sorted and helped with the luggage ( junao I think) . The rooms were all modern and spacious , good showers , safe etc . Other people had said the design of the hotel made it quite noisy but we had no problems with that, there was a middle door in the hotel room to close at night and it made the room very quiet. We had half Board and the food was good. Overall we really liked this hotel.

There isn’t a pool or a kettle in the room. The walk to town is about 15 mins but it’s flat. These things didn’t bother us but may be important to some people.

The hotel is reasonably close to Granada centre (20 mins walking), and looks very nice. The furniture looks modern and stylish. The receptionists were nice and professional.

We got the room with the terrace but the room itself was VERY small - I literally couldn't open my luggage because there was not enough floor area to do it. Plus the terrace was completely useless because there is no separation between the terraces of the rooms. You can directly see through to the two neighbouring rooms - whatever you do or say, the neighbours will see and hear. Such a waste! The underground parking is extremely tight - I'm an experienced driver but I had some difficulty getting down to the parking lot and parking the rental car (Nissan Qashqai). If you're a less experienced driver or have a full-size SUV, then avoid the parking lot!

We easily found the hotel and were able to leave our car on the street for a bit while we checked in. The room was quite spacious, quiet and comfortable. We had to park down the street in a parking garage as the hotel parking was full. We were able to walk around the neighborhood from the hotel and found a few little bars for a quick drink. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful and the host was very nice, Luis, I believe, but I'm not 100% positive. We were able to walk almost everywhere, but did take a taxi up to the Albaicin area for dinner as it is a fairly far walk. The hotel bar is light and spacious and we enjoyed a wine and complimentary tapas after a long day of sightseeing. It was a very nice stay. For those that like the nightlife, it seems as though a LOT of the university students were in the area for late night. When we woke up in the morning, there were many kids just going home past our hotel. It wasn't loud or anything, but it is an ideal location if late-night is your thing.

Very smart hotel not far from the station short walk into old town. Reception staff on check in helpful although there is a ramp up to the lifts it’s quite a long route my husband has Parkinson’s and found the frequent short steps difficult as they are dark in colour. The smoking area was outside the main doors so a bit off putting when we got back the first night and had to try and get past people sitting all over the front steps. The toiletries weren’t great and some liquid soap by the bathroom sink rather than a tiny bar of soap with no dish would have been better but there was a kettle in the room which was great

The location of the hotel is perfect. Main attractions can be reached easily by public transport or walking. The parking of the hotel made it also very convenient to rent a car. The hotel offered delicious food. On top of enjoying a rich breakfast buffet, we particularly enjoyed the half-board evening menu. The room was very comfortable and clean. The view from the terrace was mesmerising. Lastly, the staff was very helpful whether it was helping us navigate the city or to accommodate our needs.

There was nothing to complain about.
