Location was excellent for exploring Granada. All reception staff we had dealings with, from checking in, query about safe, checking out and storing luggage, were welcoming and friendly whilst being professional. Room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom/shower. Towels were changed daily. Beds comfortable. Hotel itself was extremely quiet and there was no issue with sound from other guests. Plentiful supply of teas and two welcome bottles of water. We stayed on a room only basis so are unable to comment on the breakfast. Thanks for a great stay :)

Although there was a plentiful supply of tea, the coffee supply was somewhat limited and not replenished daily. No fault of the hotel but bear in mind this is a city centre hotel situated right opposite Plaza de la Trinidad. Our room was overlooking the plaza and we were woken extremely early (around 3am) every morning by the refuse collectors emptying bins and on two nights there was some noise from people either in the plaza or walking past in the early hours.

Large room with seating looking onto a tree filled square. The location was central to all the sights which were in walking distance. Breakfast had a large selection of meats, cheeses, pastries, fruit and breads. The was scrambled eggs, bacon and mushrooms available. There was also fresh coffee a rather than from pods, which was excellent. In the internal courtyard next to the breakfast room there was free fruit, pastries, beer and water which was available 24 hours.

The only downside was on our last day the Breakfast room was full and we eat in the courtyard but that didn`t spoil our holiday.

The hotel is well located in a square close to the Cathedral and within easy walking distance of the main attractions of the city and public transport. It was fresh, clean and comfortable and there was free access to refreshments and 'nibbles' in a quiet lounge area. A great facility and location for a solo traveler or couple on a city break.

The hotel is located on a square prominently providing bar and restaurant facilities. Whilst this has an upside I found that there were communal waste bins located directly below my first floor window. Late evening and early morning there was significant noise as the bins were filled with a clatter of bottles being tipped and refuse wagons emptying the bins. There were regular nighttime visits by a road sweeper. Not a major issue more a frustration and annoyance. Better sound insulation or relocation of the bins would improve the stay.

Excellent location. Comfortable and clean bedroom. Complementary drinks and snacks area. Professional and friendly staff. Plus the view from our 3rd floor room, in front of Plaza Trinidad, which is always busy and noisy, but the high trees 🌳 protected us a little bit from the city’s centre noise… maybe some drunk people woke us up by 02:00am… but it is the price for being in a historic building in the centre of Granada

Night noise as mentioned above

Very good breakfast selections though the coffee machine was a little temperamental. As was the Saturday’s staff member, but we ate and ate well.

Quite early each morning the various bins in the Plaza de la Trinidad were emptied and the workers were quite noisy doing it. Most of the time directly below our window. The Plaza itself while having some good cafés & bars attracts a noisier clientele on a Friday & Saturday especially. Next time we stay here we shall pack some earplugs; I wouldn’t let it put me off returning.

We stayed in room 306 and loved it !! Great view of the pool area and surrounding area. Super comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was extensive and there was always room for us to sit. The pool was refreshing and welcome. A fair few sun lounges and the little bar / snack area near the pool was also great. Plenty of sunlight, yet dark enough at night. Every staff member we encountered were very helpful and polite.

Nothing comes to mind.

The location was perfect !Right in the centre yet really quiet.Excellent breakfast .Mist of all the reception staff- Jose and Vera. They were friendly and professional.Over the three nights that we were there we developed a real rapport with them - mainly through humour! We stayed in four different hotels on our Spanish trip and Vera and Jose were by far the best reception team!

Excellent location, friendly staff and good room for the money. Though it's an old building they have elevators. They also arranged a tea kettle on my special request.

I had an internal facing room. Windows open to an internal common area with multiple room windows across. So I had to keep the curtains on, which made the room feel cramped and dark. I would suggest taking a room with an external facing balcony/window.
