- Our first impression was of how attractive this hotel is. The lobby is very tastefully decorated, clean and smells very nice - Easy to get to in a taxi from Granada Airport - Staff were polite and helpful at check-in. I requested an iron and this was brought up to our room by the housekeeper within 5 minutes - Spacious room with good-sized bathroom - Great location, within walking distance to all attractions and with many shops and restaurants nearby - Lovely, well-priced bar downstairs - Great water pressure in the shower - Really nicely-scented shower gel and shampoo provided - Great level of housekeeping every day - We were able to store our luggage securely at reception after check-out, as our Taxi was not until 6pm that day

- We weren't aware that we could have had breakfast at the hotel until we were about to leave, as this wasn't offered/ mentioned at check-in - The air conditioning is not very powerful. It was close to 40C during our stay and it did not cool the room effectively, meaning we did not sleep very well - I had to replace my face washcloths twice, as housekeeping removed them from the bathroom each time they replaced the towels and I never got them back (not really a huge issue, just a little bit annoying to have to buy new ones!) - There was quite a bit of black mould present in the grout of the shower. I understand that it can be difficult to stay on top of this in a bathroom, but I feel it is very important to ensure that black mould isn't breathed in by guests.

It is a pleasant hotel in a nice quiet location. I have stayed here before and will again in the future. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Lamb shoulder and fillet steak both very good and cooked as requested. Obviously a lot of thought went into planning the occasion for Valentine's night. Well done to all of the staff.

The bathroom dispensers are very disappointing. The ones in the shower were at the far end of a large shower which meant walking up and down to get top up amounts of shampoo or shower gel. The dispensers were all very stiff and only dispensed small amounts of product which was totally frustrating.

Comfortable and nice looking

Maintenance of building was poor when you looked closer at room Wiring on lamps covered in tape, poor mastic around the showers in bathroom Cleanliness in room dirty in corners or under furniture under sink

The hotel's location and the peaceful, upscale surroundings were excellent. We were able to use the parking, though it comes with an extra charge of around €25 per day. I believe this service should be included in the standard hotel amenities, but considering the limited space, perhaps the fee is justified. However, during busy periods, it might be difficult to find a spot. The rooms are very comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The bathroom is spacious enough, with strong water pressure. A bidet spray is available — hygiene is well-considered.

We had a bit of difficulty communicating in English at the reception. It would be nice to have small coffee machines in the rooms. The parking area is quite narrow — though that’s not something easily fixable, as it seems to be common across Andalusia. At times, the restaurant area can get quite noisy, and the sounds can be heard from the rooms, but it's not overly disturbing.

Much nicer than expected, fantastic location and attentive staff.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke if we turned the AC up :( Parking is VERY tight if you have a rental car.

Our second stay at the Vincci Albayzin, very convenient central location for the highlights of Granada, friendly staff, good facilities, and decent value. Breakfasts are good, and, on this visit, we ate dinner in the hotel restaurant after a long day's visit to The Alhambra- the menu del dia was fine at 24 euros per head. There is underground parking on site, for 25 euros a night - slightly pricy but, again, very convenient. I can't see that we'll stay anywhere else on visits to Granada.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was ideal – not too central, making it quiet, yet only a 5-10 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. The breakfast was exceptional; we had originally booked it for just one day but ended up enjoying it every morning of our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They organized a taxi to the Alhambra for us, which was just a 10-minute ride. (Tip: ask the driver to drop you by the palace entrance/queue if you're starting early, and don’t forget your passport for entry.) We used the sauna twice, and it was a perfect way to unwind after long days of exploring. The shower was excellent, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Parking at the hotel is limited, so we booked in advance at a nearby location (Telpark/El Violón, a 5-minute walk), which was cheaper and very convenient – highly recommend it. That said, for just a one-night stay, we’d likely book parking directly with the hotel. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d happily stay here again!

The room was very warm, and unfortunately, we couldn’t control the air conditioning even after finding the controls. There was also a little noise one day from the guests next door, but this was minor and didn’t detract from an otherwise great stay.

We received two small pieces of cake/brownie with a nice hand written card for our wedding anniversary. It does not need to be a lot, or expensive, but it is nice, to get this great complimentary sign of attention! You feel valued to select the property for your anniversary. The location is great, a regular taxi to the Alhambra costs 9€ from the hotel (morning) an Uber 11€. We were told that Uber is pricier than regular cabs in Granada. So ask the hotel to call a regular cab.

We booked this property partially because of the on-site property and location. When we arrived (ok it was 10 pm…) the parking was full and we were told that we could park in a nearby underground parking, which we did (10% discount with a hotel ticket). Parking costs around 19€ per night on the public parking with the hotel discount or 25€ in the hotel parking (if free).

Perfect location for walking in the city. There is a parking lot, 25 euros per day.

Breakfast is ok, but the workers are not in a hurry to do something, and it turns out that there is a queue for scrambled eggs and glasses for juice, but two workers who should do it - stand and talk nicely. The room was poorly cleaned - there was hair from previous guests in the bathroom. Large double bed, in fact it is two single beds placed side by side. They constantly move apart at night, very uncomfortable. On check out day, starting at 9am and then every hour until 12, maids came in and asked if we were ready to check out - considering we were asleep, this is unacceptable. Bartender makes very untasty cocktails, full glass of ice.

We liked how big our bed was really comfortable and the room was really nice

We thought it was pretty strange that with the tea facilities in the room there is no milk, we asked could they bring some up and told us it would cost us 15 euro for room service, when we then had to go down their answer was in Spain they don't put milk in their tea but there are mostly American, English staying that we saw around so you would think they would cater. Also, the sheet on the bed was extremely annoying. The duvet kept coming off it was just a duvet with a sheet on top and I didn't find it very hygienic as I would assume they use the same duvet for the next guests.
