I've been coming here for a few years now and the hotel keeps improving. Great breakfast included in the price, nice swimmingpool but the most perfect thing about the hotel is the superfriendly staff.

Some people are claiming beds at the swimming pool starting to put a towel on them at 9 in the morning and then only using them 1 hour in the afternoon. That's to bad. Also some beds were 'reserved' for some friends of the hotel, they then only used them for 15 minutes but like this a lot of beds were taken from morning till evening without usage.

Nice staff and hotel overall. The breakfast was good and it had quite a few options. Hotel is right next to the beach which a lot of people use for surfing/kiting etc. It also has a nice path directly to the city which has a lot of good restaurants.

Parking at the hotel is not guaranteed as it has a small private parking lot. You might have troubles finding parking, because a lot of people park nearby to go to the beach. The place is very windy which is great for surfers and kiters, but might bother you if you are the type to lay near the pool or the beach.

Overall the hotel is a great option for a holiday in Tenerife - the hotel/rooms are really nicely decorated, staff are friendly and there are plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is in a good spot on the outskirts of El Medano (but right on the beach) and it is an easy 10 minute walk into town. There is parking available but it is first come first served so it isn't always possible to get a space.

The room was not very well sound proofed and I could hear everything happening in the room next door so it isn't ideal if you are a light sleeper. Also, the pool area is really nice but it is difficult to get a sun lounger, people were 'reserving' sun loungers from breakfast time but then going out for the most of the day - it got quite frustrating when actually wanting to use the space but not being able to use a sun lounger.

We ate in the restaurant for lunch several times and once for dinner and the food was exceptional! The goats cheese salad was a favourite for lunch and we had the Lobster Paella in the evening and it was amazing! The outside bar overlooking the kite surfer beach and the red mountain is a must for sundowner drinks. The drinks are all high quality including the house wine! The breakfast is pretty average, not a great deal of choice but i feel this is reflected in the overall price of the hotel which is really good value for money. The location is amazing, right on the beach/boardwalk next to lots of cafes and shops and bars and a stones throw from the village centre. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and really modern.

The rooms are a little on the small size and a kettle would be great as there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. I asked for an iron and was provided with one straight away and as we have stayed in the hotel before we just bought a travel kettle and mugs with us!

we loved the location. avid windsurfers and other water sports fans must love the direct access to the spot & since being at the end of the promenade, the location becomes a nice quiet refuge in the evening. also, Hito restaurant in the hotel & the evening bar have some of the best vibes in the area.

we stayed in a room situated on the top floor, without A/C and it was too hot for most of our stay. When it's windy, it probably gets some fresh air and natural cooling, but it was not windy during our stay and it was overheating from the sun.

Top location if you go kiting, wing-, wind- or just surfing. Nice running and hiking paths around. Beautiful beach with sun beds in the bay around the corner. Restaurants just outside of the hotel. Stuff very friendly.

Rooms get warm as no airco, but you probably won’t stay inside too much. Breakfast ok, but every day glasses, cups and plates missing. I guess the manager could jump in the car and buy some spare dishes, which would make the guests and the stuff happier. Parking is a nightmare-hotel parking is often not available and next spot not easy to find.

Friendly staff ,Location ! , very clean, free parking in the street, great breakfast. Room was new or recently done. Good beds , balcony views beautiful to the beach. El Medano has a nice windsurfers vibe. Good place to stay for beach-time and watersports and to take rental car to discover the island ( swim in natural pools google piscinas naturales , book stargazing excursion, walk hiking trails using Komoot App , Parc de Anaga, city: La Leguna. Skip Las Americas. We stayed 7 nights. Flashpoint cafe 1 minute walk great place!

My sons wetsuit was stolen. It was drying on the rack next to the shower at the pool. Another person left her ( empty bag) at the pool and it also disappeared. Unfortunately people not belonging to the hotel have easy access Can’t blame the hotel - apparently everywhere things are stolen :( Also did not like the fact that you have to pay €2,50 a day for the safe. No space to put your things next to the sink. This said- I would still come back to stay at the hotel- just want to warn you to take care of your things. Also good to know:at Xmas time the pool is not heated. Water in the ocean was warmer. We swam in the ocean and piscines naturales.

Breakfast is from 8-10 but after 9 items often are running out already and a few days only one coffee machine was working leading to longish queues Our bathroom often smelled like sewage The hotel was very noisy in the mornings with doors slamming etc when people went to breakfast The fact that we had to pay for usage of the safe in the room felt a bit unusual

Quiet location, close to beach, restaurant, buses. Renovated rooms and facilities. Good breakfast choice, replenished fast. Possibility to lounge by the pool while waiting for the room to check in. Free luggage stowage area. Uber pick up in front of the hotel.

Walk path to the hotel, but that's not hotels fault. It's woody and uneven, hard to drag suitcases and lots of people tripped over. Breakfast was only available from 8am to 10am. Not the best when you have an earlier start of the day. We stayed at room next to the reception, downstairs with lovely garden view. However, sound from cleaning and other staff was heard from 5am on. Hard to sleep. Thin walls and not sound proof entrance doors.

If you’re looking for an accommodation in Tenerife this hotel offers everything you need. It’s located one of the best beaches in the island, only few minutes drive away from the south airport, in between small fish villages and offers free parking (therefore it takes away the stress of finding a spot). The breakfast has enough variety to satisfy different tastes. There is also a nice small restaurant where it’s the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset accompanied with some nice tunes and a few cocktails.

The breakfast buffet could stay longer hours available (it’s between 8 and 10 am). Also the pool could be cleaned up from leafs and other debris.
