very clean and warm just what we needed after skiing! great location even though the way up killed us with the pushchair :)

there was no kettle in the apartment which said there would be, also not enough mugs/ glasses for the amount of guests!!

Some chairs at the balcony would have been nice. Reception 100 meter down in a one-way street is utterly inconvenient. (most drive a second block of 5 KM to get back). Almost no kitchen utensils. Terrible 4000 Kelvin LED lights (bring your own atmosphere lighting)

wasn’t very clean. The facilities were ok but the kitchen cupboard doors were falling off! there are holes in the bedroom doors! looks like it might have suffer a large party at some point!

Confusion about where to collect the keys

I have stayed in this block each year for over 15 years and this was the worst studio, microwave did not rotate so did not cook evenly ,fridge needs replacing ,no cold box door ( so full of ice ) so runs 24/7 ,no bottom retainer on fridge door ( no open bottle store ).Only 1 cup, no bread knife or bread board, no cork screw . The bench seat was broken on arrival and the power socket by the table ( the main location to recharge phones etc ) was faulty ...the last 2 problems were fixed by 4pm the next day by very good and helpful maintenance staff.

we have stayed here once before and I was happy, the second time was a different experience sadly

so this time it had a different reception so we were lost. we did call so we got appreciated help off the lady in the reception which is not in the same building. then the elevator was broken so we had to walk 3 flights of stairs with luggage with no lights using the torch on my phone. i know things like this do happen but it’s a review so I’m being honest. the room was warm and comfortable enough however I noticed a lot of dirt and stains on walls which could have been cleaned with a cloth, the door handle to the bathroom was broken, the shower was brown and dis coloured and the floor was disgustingly dusty and dirty (not nice) then in the evening even after midnight there was numerous parties in the rooms I could not sleep. I was sad as I really wnjoyed the bunk bed was comfortable & I love the pillows that’s the reason I went back there a second time but now I will hesitate , I paid 106 for two nights no breakfast not expensive but no cheap either for the rating I am giving.
