Excellent location on route from Santander ferry port to North Portugal. Clean comfortable modern room with ensuite.

A little disorganised at first, not sure if they knew we were staying and room did not have additional bed for our son, but it did arrive after a few prompts. Bathroom light did not work until replacement light bulb was fitted. Most staff did not speak English except one chap who was from Cuba or Costa Rica and had spent 12 years living in US. This chap was excellent in sorting out the lightbulb and missing bed!

Room was pretty basic ... bit of view was nice Good ambience in restaurant Staff was good about accommodating needs (the room I switched to wasn't as nice as original but had good Internet connection, which was more important to me)

Had to move from original room as WiFi was poor connection area ... I was working on articles on cycling in Spain for several American magazines, so important feature to me. The rooms closest to reception desk have o.k. WiFi connection, rooms farthest away, very poor.

Fantastic accommodation and very helpful staff, especially the Cuban guy whose name I didn’t catch.

The room needed a little maintenance. Fridge door was not attached, broken light and the jacuzzi wasn’t working

The staff downstairs was great. Very kind and attentive. Food was really good. They had secure parking for our bikes.

The room was quite loud. Faced the highway and we could hear our neighbors if they even coughed.

Great location for driving through Spain towards Portugal. Clean rooms and very tasty Empanada gallega - Galician Pie for breakfast 😊 at the hotel restaurant with amazing views of the mountains.

Only big negative was that internet didn't reach my room, something that should be addressed (easy, simple solutions are available) .... had to go to lobby or dining area to get internet, and complete work on articles I was putting together on cycling in Spain. Restaurant is decent and good options for meals (a good thing since there aren't any real supermarkets close)

The reception was very nice and welcoming. Convenient location at the highway. Room was fine.

You can hear traffic outside, but with earplugs in it is fine .

Bit noisy, being close to the motorway. Basic breakfast. Shower doors didn't fit, so bathroom got soaked. Very tired building really, but typical of a motorway hotel

Very helpful staff. Got a different room when in ours the air condition was broken. Very good price Performance ratio.

Noise of motorway and noises from the corridor. The setting of air condition were not changable.

Great room quite big clean and modern staff friendly a super place to stay when traveling. Super value for money.
