Amazing location, all very clean, all amenities in the spa working well, great friendly and helpful staff, nothing disappointing... Also we received two vouchers for the couple to have a free drink or a short play experience in the casino - so nice! Now restaurant, we took the buffet dinner for the three of us. The two main hot dishes were exceptional (cod with cream and beef medallions with mushroom sauce). I am Portuguese and have had these typical Portuguese cuisine dishes many times, both were the very best. The meat was incredibly tasty, tender and cooked on point - wow! The breakfast next morning was very nice as one can expect from such a hotel, including a few typical Portuguese sweet and savoury pastries but nothing being prepared as you go as one find in other hotels (ex: pancakes, omelette, etc...)

Regarding the restaurant (buffet dinner) The starters (cold dishes) were desapointing unfortunately... Just looking at them some looked really old, prepared several days/weeks ago - Cut shriveled cherry tomatoes with small mozzarella balls, TERRIBLE meat croquette balls (bitter rancid) I had to spit them... This small piece of the menu was shocking bad and was really a turndown. Overall, very high standards with a very few extremely bad experiences. The best and worst I've experienced. They should pay attention to these few bad things that can have huge impact on the overall experience.

The staff is fantastic, all the attention to the details made the stay a wonderful stay - pack "Romantico" was great since even the detail of waiting my arrival to make fresh cocktails is amazing, the late checkout detail after a cozy and lovely breakfast on bed made all the difference. Free parking and charging for electric cars was also great. The pool and the facilities was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Big room with everything you need. Large shared spaces, made the stay a lot less crowdy. The live music until 1am on the bar makes the stay even more special, and if you feel "lucky" ;) the casino is right there.

The pool with some waterfalls or jets it will be wonderful. A bathtub with jets or jacuzzi on the room near or on the balcony could make the stay totally unforgettable.

The facilities were great, room always clean and cool, for smokers nice that you can smoke on the balcony, pool fantastic, although we didn't use the spa it looked great!

Although there is alot of variety for breakfast the fruit surprisingly was bitter and the eggs and bacon were cold

Excellent location, great facilities, food & beverage products offered at very reasonable prices, residents outside swimming pool was fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Nothing not to like apart from noisy air conditioning cassettes in bedroom that needed turning off at night.

The indoor and outdoor pools and gym were great, all the social rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.

Breaksfast was not good, the orange juice was terrible and not natural, food and fruits did not appear fresh. The mattress was old and uncomfortable

The price of the buffet was expensive considering the quality/variety of the food. I think it's too expensive to charge a four-year-old €15 considering that they barely eat.

Spa, the views, location easy to find & food excellent. We enjoyed a walk around property.

The shower panel leaked really bad and I tried to take a bath and the tub would not hold water.

Set in an exquisite location, had a lovely family room, we arrived late after travelling a long way and had an amazing late dinner and clean room to stay in

The staff in the bar were a little slow at times....but that is being picky.
