The place is basic and clean. The lady that jointly runs the place spoke English and was very helpful . I was on a Motorcycle and it was perfect for what I needed. It’s a short walk to pretty much everything you need . Breakfast was not being provided when I was there. But for that I just walked down the road a bit. Or combined it with a bit of morning shopping.I found the place to be a good base for exploring quite a large area . I was only meant to stay three nights. But actually stayed a further four more. It was very good value for money in my opinion .My room had aircon and a tv. Although I don’t think I used either.If I was to go back to Chaves again I would happily stay here again.

Really nice staff. The lady went out of her way to help with everything. Friendliest person I met this holiday. Good bed. Space for the bike.

It is a bit further from the centre (still, only 10 minutes walk). No breakfast option.

The Staff was very welcoming and the price for the accomadation was also very good. On my way out I received some chocolate from the Lady, with the words "for the children" which I found quite funny.

Rooms could be cleaned a little more thorough. Found a pretty big hair in the shower.

This was our 3rd visit in 9 months and we have another booked in July. For us it is conveniently placed and excellent value for money, if you want a 5* hotel, then pay 5* prices. The owners and staff are lovely, very friendly and informative, the same this time as our first visit last year. It's why we returned.

All was good, as expected.

Though the property is older, everything was clean and in good working condition. Staff was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. If you are traveling by motorcycle, they have great secluded/private parking 👍!!

Family oriented place that has a traditional but extremely clean and neat look. It has Wi-Fi and TV included and the restroom was clean and contemporary feel. The card key system is super convenient!

a little noisy but everyone was very respectful and tried to be considerate about others.

Room was great for the price with free motorcycle parking and free wifi close enough to town less then a10 min walk I was early in the season so no breakfast option at the time but no problem close to cafe restaurants and bars

Nothing to dislike

All good with the bonus of covered parking for my motorbike - perfectly located for the start of the N2 and Chaves old town too.
