Tranquil and with beautiful views. Villa was easily accessible from hotel facilities and it was all extremely pleasant. Breakfast was included and it was exceptional.

Having more mugs and glasses would have been good - there were no long glasses or mugs in the villa. When we washed up glasses etc there was no tea towel to dry them. A small thing that would have been helpful. There was ample parking on the road but to park in the shade next to the villa there was an extra charge, which felt a bit cheeky. You had free 30 minutes there to load/unload.

This was a lovely hotel and the staff were very welcoming. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good, The room was exceptional and very comfortable. The outside terrace was lovely with views over the golf course. The hotel is within easy reach of the Jerez Racing Circuit and Jerez Airport. Parking is convenient and free.

The staff were extremely helpful and so polite. The grounds and setting of the hotel were very beautiful. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool was fabulous.

Conflicting information given from different member of staff as to whether we could eat in the area but the pool or not. That you could not pay for drinks by the pool with a card.

Spa too far from the main building. The surroundings give the hotel a sense of isolation until we get inside the hotel and see the golf grounds. The unfinished buildings look really ugly near the hotel and the entrance is not cared.

The family room for 4 was a little classic but still wonderful and were clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Children were very welcome. The restaurant food was nice and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The grounds were beautifully kept and the family pool was a dream. We were sad to leave and will stay again. Highly recommended.

Only had breakfast, and that was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and it was really enjoyable. I also loved the free coffe in the room! I appreciate a good cup of coffee first when I get up in the moring! The view from the balcony is beatyful.

There is nothing that comes to my mind. Really, was simply perfect.

The room/villa was wonderful, excellent view, spacious and comfortable. Food choices were excellent, enjoyed the lounge choices. Golf course was visually stunning, and we were paired with another couple and had a great experience.

The hotel accommodated a lot of guests from England who were inconsiderate and very loud. We had a room on the ground floor and everything was heard.

Staff adorable, all facilities for the children. Loved how the kids club staff were so inclusive with my son who has a disability. Breakfast is the best I have ever seen - and I travel a lot! Lots of healthy options. Totally recommend

The location close to the airport. Very good restaurant ,beautiful terrasse with a view on the golf, Very good breakfast. Excellents chocolates made by an artist!
