It's a beautiful hotel with lovely views from the balcony , room a good size & really clean . The buffet breakfast is very good . Dinner is good too but could do with more choice , we had dinner 3 nights out of the five nights we stayed . If you want to go out for dinner you need to get a taxi as a lot of places near the hotel are not open . But we would definitely recommend the hotel, staff lovely & friendly, the pool is fab . Did not use the spa so can not comment on that but was told it was really good

The only thing was no place else near the hotel to eat at night plenty during the day . The bar staff were nice except for one , he was rude to us on a few occasions. It was the guy with the ponytail looked like he doesn't like his job or not suitable to being a barman

Great location and great view from the balcony. Good air conditioning which was a blessing during the warm nights. The pool and surrounding areas were also nice. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Would have loved a bit more vegan options at the meals. It was a bit tricky to navigate how to get to the hotel and back to the airport when you travel there off season without a drivers license. But the hotel and its location was worth it, and the staff was very helpful when we asked for feedback on which buses to use.

It was a great experience that we will definitely be repeating. My family was very happy. The rooms were great, and the views were spectacular. Everything was very clean. The food was amazing. Great pool and very close to the beach. The best thing for me was the staff, especially Pablo, on reception, who was very polite and helpful and organised everything for us. Melanie, the entertainer, was also very good, kind, and engaging. The room service staff were great as well. Whatever we asked for was taken care of. The dining room and bar staff were very helpful, welcoming, and kind.

The entertainment at night could have been a little bit better, but otherwise nothing.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The buffet had a good quality, with a nice variety of mediterranean food every day. The location is very close to the mediterranean sea and mar menor. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Fanny and German!! :)

The isolation from the rooms was not the best, and you could hear people talking in the corridor.

Lovely Spanish hotel... Stayed many times and always feel welcome... The staff are so friendly and helpful... Its always clean throughout and the beds are comfortable with nice linen.. The views from the seaview rooms over la manga are amazing.. Quite but central location.

We stayed the week before winter closing and although it's meant to be adults only, there were lots of children around so very noisy, screaming, doors banging, shouting etc (and I come for the peace and quiet of the hotel for health reasons) and unfortunately, probably due to the end of the season the food was not upto its normal standard, still good but not at its best..

On arrival we were pleasantly greeted with lovely reception staff! When we checked in we were told that a complimentary glass of bubbly was waiting for us in the bar! A lovely touch. Our room was clean spacious with a queen size bed & wonderful views of the Mar Menor! Food served in the restaurant at dinner was plentiful and when I informed staff ( the chefs) that 3 out of 4 of us were vegetarian they really stepped up to the mark and served food straight to the table!! Service was amazing 👏

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception who booked us in. Very nice " art deco" style bar and dining room. Good selection of food from the buffets at breakfast and dinner and snacks available in the bar at lunchtime. Our room was very clean with a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. Good sized bathroom. The kettle and tea and coffee were very welcome. The outside area was spacious with 2 pools although they were not open as it was too cold being December. Good location to see La Manga and quite close to the La Manga Golf Club. We were very grateful that the hotel was open as very little else in the area was.

The mattresses were quite hard for our liking although I understand some people might like them that way. I had thought that there was an indoor pool but it was just water jets. It might have been nice to try it but we had to "hire" a bathing hat for €10. This seemed very expensive to pay €20 for the 2 of us as it's possible to buy one for far less and the concept of hiring such a thing seemed very strange. I did use the small gym but 2 pieces of equipment had out of order signs on them and the seat on the remaining bike was locked in the highest position.

We had a fantastic stay .Marie, with the curly hair at the reception, was very helpful and provided us with all the information necessary . The customer service was excellent 👌 Antonio and his team were amazing , lovely sangria and cocktails. Antonio goes out of his way to give the customers satisfaction . Again, it was very helpful , I will consider the food festival he mentioned in September. You're a star, Antonio ... A place to visit and explore again . Many thanks, kaveeta and family .

Very nice hotel and we where so lucky to get a room with a pool/sea view. Because of that you could enjoy the afternoon sun on your balcony all the with into the sunset with a great view. Also the breakfast buffet is excellent.

When you where enjoying the sunset on your balcony, they turned on all the balcony lights at the hotel around 22:00 until midnight ruing the nice and cozy atmosphere that you had sitting outside. Should be be individual option to turn it on and off.

Location. in-between both the mar menor and the Mediterranean Sea. On the main road through but couldn't hear traffic. Spa and massage was fabulous. Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was good. Pool area was clean and the pool was actually warm.. lovely.

Please check the toiletries in the bathroom. Went to use the shower gel and it was empty. The following day I had to use the hand gel by the sink and try not to drop it before getting into the shower! We were only staying one night so not too much of an issue.
