The apartment was very spacious and clean and well positioned.. it was mostly quiet at night. The clean towels every 3 days great as was the clean sheets. The staff were very reliable and tended to our needs promptly. The location was very good and a quiet part of town

The apartment had very limited facilities in the kitchen and had to ask for basic things like a chopping board and pan lifter etc had no wine glasses.. and no bedside lamps in bedroom or anywhere near n the apartment but bought some basic spotlights in china market across the road…

The property it’s in a quiet area of El Cotillo, but very close to everything. Just around the corner you have a supermarket and a few minutes walk restaurants and the beach. Parking you can find easily in front of the apartment on the road or there’s a big open space where usually campers park.

They give you every other day a change of linen and towels, but they are just leaving it outside the apartment. They’re not coming to clean during the duration of your stay

Pleasant front terrace overlooking the pool. Apartment adequately fitted out. Huge rear terrace. Handy for the supermarket next door.

Poor communication prior to arrival. No instructions given. We discovered it is on the front door when we get to the complex. Our particular apartment from terrace was corner and narrowing front patio a bit odd. Rear terrace would be useful with table and chairs. There is nothing out there.

A very comfortable clean apartment with a nice big terrace, very well located, in walking distance to many nice bars, local restaurants and the beautiful coastal town, we would definitely repeat.

There was really not much to complain about the only thing of note is that you can hear noise from neighbouring apartments but this is what you would expect if you're going to an apartment building so it didn't really bother us

Location, very quiet, very clean and well.maintsined, staff were lovely, handy for the supermarket, good size accommodation, comfy beds.

Very sparsely furnished, not overly well equipped, had to buy a lot of extras at Real China.Flat D5 had 5 patios! But only one with any furniture. Hardly any plug sockets in the kitchen, had to put the kettle, toaster, microwave etc on the floor. No bedside lights, or dresser in the bedrooms. Not cosy.

Nice quiet location not too far from the beach.

The pool hours were 1000-1800 which is quite short, 0800-2200 would be far more reasonable There were also small ants in the kitchen. I would clean up after having any food out but they would stick around. A disinfectant spray to clean in the kitchen would make it much easier to keep the ants away as all I could do was wash the counters with dish soap and a sponge which wasn’t efficient

Good location, great pool, plenty of outdoor space. The rooms were a great size, 2 toilets a bonus, a clothes dryer was handy.

A bit too basic,only one pillow per person, shower had a mind of its own, bathroom and bedroom could have done with some shelving, outdoor furniture on the other outdoor spaces would have been useful. A very English thing but a kettle would have been a bonus!

No kettle Unable to accesss key box on arrival. Had to phone & took about 10 minutes for them to work out they had given me the wrong number for the box.

We liked the position of our apartment in the complex, with a large outside space for our exclusive use. The location was wonderful with a short walk to the old town and beaches. Supermarket at the corner of the street was very convenient. We were a party of 3 adults and it was great to have a separate bedroom for the third person rather than a sofa bed. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

We found the lighting in the apartment a bit harsh and felt the rooms could be more homely. The patio doors should have stickers as one party walked into the glass.
