Located away from the city centre, a 7€ taxi trip will take you to Leon. (10€ if the robbing cabbie starts the meter half a mile from pick up. Was on 4.60 when we got in.) Great pool with limited beds but good nonetheless. Not a kids fun pool though as it's 1.8m deep all over. No shallow end. Reception staff helpful. Housekeepers lovely. Room was a good size and comfortable bed.

Bar staff will serve Spanish first and ignore you sometimes but that's not just here. AC was noisy and wouldn't go below 19c.

Large comfortable room with air conditioning. There was adequate free parking. There was no electric vehicle charging but there was a charge point 2 km north of the hotel close to a small bar. We had a dinner at the hotel which was good value. The buffet breakfast was good at the hotel.

The hotel was several kilometres outside of León so we needed a taxi (or bus) to visit the centre. However, we chose the hotel for its free car park and proximity to the main road so we were happy with that.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They spoke good English. The pool area was excellent, and the hotel and surroundings were very clean. Secure free parking was a real bonus. We had dinner outdoors, and the food was good and reasonably priced. The service was pleasant and fast. We went into Leon old town 10 mins. away by car It was vibrant, and the cathederal was amazing. I would recommend this hotel as a good all-around experience.

There is nothing to dislike.

The hotel, although situated out of town was very pleasant, and we had a room overlooking the pool and mountains which was lovely. The cafeteria provided good food and drink, with excellent service, and was a popular lively place. Free parking and plenty of it was really helpful, and despite being located on a main road, the hotel was quiet.

Unfortunately the first room we were allocated was not ready, and this had not been communicated to the receptionist. She immediately found us another room though with excellent views. Although the room had laminate floors, these were quite dusty in places, particularly around the bed area. No in room facilities, other than a fridge. There was a guest conducting a very noisy telephone conversation in the early hours which woke a lot of guests, but this was not the fault of the hotel!

Nothing bad to mention

Convenient out of town location. Staff were excellent. We stopped on a Saturday night and ate in the restaurant. Food exceeded our expectations. It was a simple menu but good portions and quality. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

More coffee machines are needed at breakfast as it was busy and there is only one machine and lengthy queues.

Hotel was quite nice, I especially liked the room design. It's in a quiet and peaceful area. We stayed for one night just to rest, hopefully next time we’ll stay longer. There is free parking available, which is a big advantage. The receptionist was very helpful and attentive

The seasonal pool is amazing huge mosaic strewn swimming pool. The rooms are large and clean. We ate there fir the night and there was a live band playing so we go free entertainment. Restaurant food was very good quality for the price. Didn’t try the breakfast

Not enough soap/ hygiene products in the bathroom and beds are on the hard side

It was well situated for our needs, a 1 night stop over before heading to Bragança Portugal. Free parking was a plus. The staff were really helpful. The facilities were good, great breakfast and the pool was a excellent bonus.

Could not complain about anything.

Great location for us just north of Leon city centre for a quick getaway - but bear in mind there’s nothing else in walking distance. The swimming pool and outside area was lovely. Breakfast choice was superb, we had a little bit of everything! Room was spacious, clean and air conditioned. A great stopover for us
