Great location and a short walk from restaurants, museums, pubs and cathedrals. Our stay was in mid May. Our room was over the street and with the windows open, you will most likely hear the noise from the bars nearby. With the steel shutters closed, we didn't hear the street noise + we bring a fan for white noise.

Our room location was a bit of a maze. There could have been some additional signs in places but we still found our way. Parking in the hotel lift was a bit of a challenge but was accomplished. If stay at same hotel, would most likely find an alternative parking location.

Great location in the city with quick access to shops, restaurants, the church! The spa was lovely (not everything functioned well, but still it was a nice treat after days of walking the Camino). The discount for a massage was also a wonderful treat. The breakfast buffet was delicious and generous (great value).

The modern (doorless) shower wasn’t great with the shower wand - water got everywhere. My room was a bitty noisy near the elevator and stairwell. It was also quite warm and the A/C didn’t seem to work or wouldn’t allow a lower temp to be set; otherwise, very comfortable,

Very central location on Calle Ancha. Perfect fore exploring this lovely city Room because of the location on third floor, at the back, was quiet but no view. Aircon good. Modern hotel, clean room and good shower. Good breakfast but not included (9 euros)

Be aware that you need to pay to park your car, either by booking with the hotel (we didn't use) or park in a car park very close at plaza Domingo (18 euros a day). Breakfast satisfactory. Our room was on the third floor and only had a skylight with no real view. This was fine for the limited time spent there.

The hotel is in the center and you can soak the atmosphere and the numerous bars and restaurants in the area, the atmosphere in general. We had to confirm the parking in advance but we managed to park in and out without issues following the instructions provided by the hotel. I strongly recommend you to read them carefully if you need the parking. Since is the center you need to follow a certain path otherwise you can get fined. We chose this hotel also because of the pool that you need to book separately but my son really enjoyed it .

This hotel offered a great, quiet place to sleep, a nice restaurant (I did not eat there, however), and a spa. I also booked a massage in the spa area, and enjoyed a relaxing treatment with some therapeutic focus on my tired Camino legs. My bathroom had a nice rain showerhead. The hotel staff were great and stored my luggage for me until I was able to check in and while I explored Leon.

I booked the spa for the allowed 80 minutes, and used mostly the "hot" tub (it was not hot enough). The other pools were all too cold for me.

Rooms very comfortable.Fridge in room..handy for cold drinks.Air conditioning in room.Very quiet.Very relaxing room. Lots of wardrobe space.Bath and shower. Bath may be good if your limbs are aching after camino walking.Location of the hotel is superb 2 mins walk to cathedral .All staff lovely friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend if you want to be in central Leon in a good hotel.

The spa was a disappointment .Water in the hot tub lukewarm .Pool small, not big enough to swim properly.Does not look like the photos,it needs a refurbishment, quite rundown.

Location was awesome. Parking other than hotel parking ( see didnt like)was very close,less hassle, outside pedestrian only area. .

Beware of hotel parking issues and charges.Being charged for parking because reservation and request to needing parking were less than 24 hrs cancelation window. After requesting and finding out special route, permit needed to access and lift used to park car....we decided we would rather park elsewhere. We let them know within 2 hrs of being aware of fee if cancelled. This was 15 hours before check in, and we were still charged. The 2nd night we werent charged. After arriving and seeing the jammed pedestrian lane we would have had to navigate on rainy Sunday afternoon , we made correct choice. Other parking was very close. We were disappointed that we had to pay for parking we didn't use and gave as much notice as could.

It was in a great location, room was a clean and airy. Added bonus of bar and restaurant downstairs on a rainy day. Spa and massage facilities were wonderful.

The lack of sound proofing in room 106 was appalling. We were directly above the bar and Restaurant and heard the scraping of chairs and bar stools until 1am and it started again at 7 am. Footsteps from above room on our first night as well. Noise from corridors echoed into rooms. People walking up and down hallway with kids running & yelling at 11pm, could hear everything happening from hallways. I loved everything about this place and would stay again but on a higher floor away from thoroughfare to spa & family rooms and directly above bar.

Right on the camino route 5 min from cathedral. Supermarket 5 min away on same street in direction of cathedral. Very central location near Cathedrial Goudi museum and leon museum. Loads of restaurants nearby. Solo traveller so single room air condition fab. Refrigerator in room very handy with supermarket on same street.Room clean and had everything needed for comfortable stay. Has bathtub as well as shower godsend after walking the camino. Booked the spa for hour and twenty min 10 euro will provide you with a bathrobe. . Did not eat in the hotel but had a few drinks in the bar you get a complimentary tapas when you buy a drink this is a feature when having a drink in leon so enjoy. Overall lovely hotel to stay in good value for money considering location and facilities on offer. Found all staff friendly and helpful.Will be staying here again when I continue camino to Sarria.

Small thing really Pool was on the small side. Lot of steps in pool so not really possible to swim lengths in pool.

This Hotel is really in the center of the city allowing you to reach anywhere walking. Excellent restaurant/bar in the entry level. The SPA is small but is a very good value for the money you pay. The rooms are small but very cosy and with everything working properly. We can tell that Hotel maintenance is a priority!

Cleanliness can be better (we found a pill under the bed which can represent danger for kids...). Room acoustic can also be better (or off-hours public silence enforcing), we heard lots of people noise from around the hotel until late night (3 a.m.).
