The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to get to know central Leon. With the Cathedral a mere 18 minute walk away and the famous hostal just across the pond.... Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Some could consider the facilities to be a bit dated but I believe it adds to the character of the building. The shower facilities could have been better, but having hot water in less than 10 seconds from opening the tab was a godsend.

I was on the Camino and stayed here for two zero days, and the hotel was very nice, kind of art deco vib, I did not get breakfast included but the staff gave me full access to the coffee machine. The room was tiny with a tiny bathtub but it worked for soaking my feet and legs.

not much to complain about the bed was not that great and a new mattress would be a nice addition but after sleeping in Aluburges it was ok.

We had all the facilities. The staff was very kind. The room was really spacious.

If was bit far away from the city centre. The beds were ok but they were a bit noisy when we change position when sleeping. There are too many stairs at the entrance: it is quite difficult to get in with your suitcase and it’s even harder for a handicap person. We found it a bit expensive.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big. The shower/ bathtub was excellent.

It was quite good but old. The hairdryer was from 1980 maybe. The air conditioner didn't work. The closets were also very old. Everything work well!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, as well as patient wirh all the questions we asked.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There was no kettle or other condiments in the room, ie coffee, tea etc

Toiler cistern chose when it wanted to work. Bath shower screen leaked a little. I was surprised to see our room being cleaned straight after breakfast as there was a 12 o clock check out . Still a great hotel for an overnight stay

A great stop on the Camino if you want your own room with private bathroom. Very close to the bridge to get started on the next days walking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints.

Unfortunately, I was sick, trying to recover from a bad cough, so mostly stayed in my room, except to take a short walk for some fresh air. However, all the staff were very kind and helpful. I requested a large pot of hot water, a cup and spoon so that I could make broth, using concentrated packets I got at the local shop, ,and they provided these as soon as I asked. I truly appreciated their support

The staff was great, the breakfast was very good. Everything was clean and I like the hotel. It is an old building and some things are not as good as newer hotels but I would have no trouble staying here again.

We are two cyclists on a ride from Cadiz to San Sebastian. Our needs are simple we seek a clean bed and a hot shower – the hotel provided both Reception was welcoming and helpful - the hotel is in need of refurbishment - it works well at this price point and is away from the old town center

In need of some modernisation - but for the price paid is as we expected
