Modern and clean hotel, 3-minutes walk to metro, tram and bus. 30 minutes to Barcelona centre. Conveniently located on metro line from/to airport and 100 metres from main entrance to Fira (practical if you attend event at Fira). Very comfy bed, small desk for your laptop, basic bathroom cosmetics and good sound-proofing. All you need for a short stay. Good breakfast choice. I chose this hotel cause many places were fully booked. Would stay again.

Nothing of interest in the surroundings, you must go to Barcelona centre. Electricity went off one night, which was really unpleasant.

Excellent location — right next to the metro, yet very quiet, with a direct line to the airport. Free airport transfer. Cozy, clean, and quiet room with a well-thought-out layout. A convenient large shelf in the bathroom. Good ventilation system — I could sleep without the air conditioning (they are always noisy), and it wasn’t stuffy. Although not the most varied, the breakfast was still good — there were cold snacks, hot dishes, fruits, pastries, and juices.

Upon check-in, I was charged €50 as a deposit. It’s common practice for hotels to request credit card details in case of minibar or other extra expenses, but I’ve never actually had the amount charged in advance. In this case, the amount was charged upon arrival, and I never understood what it was for (there was no minibar).

The staff was very helpful especially xuyi(If I remember right), and the modern rooms were well-equipped with plenty of pillows, a comfortable bed, a large TV, a locker, and ample storage space. On the first day, they provided two bottles of water, and you could refill them afterward. The in-room amenities were good, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, keeping the room cool even in December, unlike many other places. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the metro, train, and bus stations. The views from the room were particularly nice, especially towards the Hotel Grand Fira side. I requested a high floor and was accommodated. The hotel also features a small bar and restaurant with a variety of dining options. Additionally, there is a quick snack machine available for some snacks and drinks.

Breakfast remained the same throughout the day, with very few items available. The coffee machine dispensed watered-down coffee. If it were near closing time—or sometimes even earlier—they wouldn't restock the items, even after requests. The main offerings included rice, potato fingers, sausages, bacon, a few cereals, one type of cheese, and bread. The waffles were always gone. Another annoying thing is that they ask for a 50€ safety deposit, which makes no sense but was refunded if you didn't break anything or paid the bar fees.

The breakfast which included a cooked breakfast was excellent. The location was excellent with train, metro and bus services to airport and Barcelona. The 4 cheese pizza etc in the evening was great.

Finding the hotel. It is a 3 minute walk from the Metro Station, which is why we used the Metro from the Airport, but only if you know which exit to use from the Metro Station. There are no directions to any of the hotels we could find. Unfortunately we took the wrong exit and after walking around and being misdirected we found the hotel an hour later. We had a booked appointment, which we subsequently missed. Instead of taking a couple of minutes to book in it took ages. We got a trainee who had to be instructed. We returned later that evening and had to be relocated as our air conditioning unit was faulty, making grinding noises all the time. The new room had no air conditioning. It is controlled from the hotel desk. You have to ask for it to be turned on!

The hotel was very easy to find and located in a nice area, close to metro station. The room was comfortable and had all amenities, including tea/coffee station, iron, etc. The bathroom included shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, which was really nice. The breakfast buffet had a variety of items, including a fresh waffle maker. The overall experience was very good.

The rates seemed a bit overpriced since there was nothing extraordinary that is not found in good hotels these days. They also keep a security deposit which you have to pay when checking in (ours was €50 for 3 nights), and later return after the stay.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We arrived around 11 AM, but the room wasn’t ready, so we left our luggage and went out to sightsee in the city. When we returned to the hotel, we expected the staff to have sent our luggage to our room, but they didn’t. We were given a room on the mezzanine floor, and the receptionist informed us that there were no rooms available on upper floors. We had to inquire about the breakfast time, which I believe the reception should have informed us of. The room is nice and clean, and the toilet is spacious, which we loved. Just one little thing, as it’s on the mezzanine floor, early in the morning, we could hear noise from outside, such as the lorry delivering linens. The location is perfect, close to the train station, just a 1-minute walk away. There is a large shopping center nearby. If you're traveling to Barcelona, this hotel is perfect. You don’t need to stay in the center of Barcelona; this location allows you to go anywhere by train, which is very convenient. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast here is not really good compared to what you get at Hilton chain for the same price. Things seem cheap, like the coffee which is not good. The ham and bacon also seem to be of low quality.

The room was equipped with an iron, which was great! Additionally, having coffee available was a nice touch. The breakfast offered was delicious and extensive. The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, and the room was impeccably clean. Overall, the building exuded a sense of modernity and freshness.

The staff's demeanor was generally neutral rather than overly polite or friendly, but nothing negative. There was an issue with the bathroom flooding on the first day, but it was promptly addressed, and everything was in order on the second day. Overall, no significant issues arose during the stay.

Located directly on train (that goes in multiple directions from Barcelona) and metro joint station. Not far from Airport (direct metro line L9S) and 40 minutes walking distance from Olympic Stadium (it's good that after event you can go home by foot not spending hours in the overcrowded metro/bus). Free view from the hotel rooms. Room service is perfect. Stuff is friendly and helpful - even having complete booking allowed us to have early checkin (±11:00) and late checkout (±13:00).

Located quite away from the city center and you need to have a 1 switch train-metro or metro-metro to get in any place in the city center, that is not very convenient. The pillows are the worst I've seen in the hotels, too big and too soft - you're drowning in them and you can't normally breathe.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. I arrive with my car, EV, and the parking was clean, safe and with charger for my car. Very convenient. The charge was included in the parking fees. Neighborhood is offices mainly, there is a huge shopping centre literally 2 minutes walking with all sort of restaurants. The metro to the centre is just by the doorstep. Getting in and out by car is extremely easy and you can avoid the city centre.

Noting at all. If I had to be picky, the breakfast was good but not something remarcable, and at times busy. The elevators seemed to have weird setting and you had to wait too much, but only on peak times.

The hotel itself was nice, very friendly staff. The breakfast was very very good. There is a shopping center just a few meters from the hotel. The rooms were nice, very comfortable. The hotel has a co-working like area so you can spend some using the area to chill while you for your check-in.

It is not possible to open the windows of the rooms, unless you have a medical condition AND a medical prescription stating that you need the windows open. Not being possible to do such basic thing was a major turn off for me. The reception and hub areas have no kind of control, which means anyone can enter or leave the reception area at any time, and there was a time that I had the feeling that there was an outsider watching and following me.
