Fantastic sea front position in its own little bay .

We were half board in the restaurant with 3 coach loads of screaming kids doing a surfing school. We did complain as they were unbelievably load but were told that they were children and Clients too ? ! We were told after that we could have eaten separately in the bar . But too late it was afterwards ! My ears are still bleeding :-) Have not taken this into account with our evaluation because maybe a one off. So don’t hesitate , lovely hotel but if you see coaches and the slightest hint of Spogs ask to eat separately and get down for breakfast at 8am before the invasion .

This hotel was amazing 20 years ago. It has been extended and modernised since then but still has an amazing friendly feel the view is really special. A small bay with rock formations toward the sea.shallow and safe for children. The food was really good but 21.00 hrs is too late for me to eat . Menu del dia was really good.

Lovely sea view room with a balcony. Although there was only a small choice of menu for the evening meal, wine was included and the food was lovely.

There was nothing to dislike about the property. The beach front location was lovely.The room was great. However, I wasn't aware the location was so far out of Llandres. This was my error in my research, as we had a car and wasn't looking as closely at the location.

Located on the beach of Playa du Borro it was aq perfect place for walking and swimming, very safe for families as the beach slopes away very gently, and sea very shallow for a distance out.O

Only one complaint, and that was the toilet which was set close to the wall and the roll dispenser was there as well, for a larger person this was an unsatisfacory item. Apert from that no problems.

Food was very poor - Breakfast very end of season. poor selection. Restaurant in evening - first night was a shocker and second night better. Did not dare try the a la carte

The location of this hotel right on the beach of Playa de Barro is really fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are cleaned well every day.

Everything was fine I have no complaints.

Very friendly reception at this hotel that fronts onto a lovely small beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom looked recently installed, everything worked and the biggest walk-in shower I’ve seen for a long time. My room did not have a beach view but had a large glazed terrace area effectively doubling the space available. The other rooms had balconies. Good parking. Good buffet breakfast. Long passageway on the accommodation floor is dark - hit the light switches to see the cruise liner wooden decor, and the room numbers.

Nothing, all was fine.

It’s stunning beach location and being only a short motorise to the Picos de Europa.

There’s no secure parking for the motorcycle but owing to its location I didn’t really find it an issue.
