Good breakfast tbh, location is amazing, view is 10 out of 10. There is a swimming pool, the staff is very kind and polite, very friendly, parking for car, walking distance from shops, town, beach, have an open mind, its not a 4 star hotel however I will say its better than a 3 star.

Not staff fault, rooms in the actual block have a strange build inside where you can hear people talking when they are in the bathroom/ and when they use the showers it produce a very loud noise in our room.So I never came across this in my life, imagine, if I left the shower running in our apartment that we were given you would barely hear the shower however when next door people were using the showers it made a horrible noise, felt like noise coimg from some sort of shower electrical water pump,did not help that they were having shower close to midnight for over 40 min , one night actually was close to 1 AM, it you happy with the noise well other than that could not fault it. Maybe if we staid longer I would ask to change rooms, I know I could not bear it for a week.

Everything was top! The Hotel was really nice and everything in the room, garden and pools where clean! The bar outside was clean and the drink and food was really good! The staff was really friendly and helpful. The reception was 24h open. The Entertainment was top and really good! Various activities were planned throughout the day for both adults (aquadance, karaoke) and for children(face painting, football) and the most beautiful was the Disney evening, where some of the Disney characters danced! The children and we adults too enjoyed it! It was really one of the best vacations! I would also like to mention and thank Pedro, who was in charge of the Entertainment! Pedro was the whole time very pleasant, in a good mood and friendly! Thank you for the best moments and good memories! A special experience was (especially if you have children) the small pool with various water slides and sprinklers! While the children are playing, you can sunbathe on the deckchairs! Thanks to the hotel for a nice vacation and enjoyment! P.S. The pictures are before our check-out, so it is not so much nice as when you arrive at the hotel - when everything is nicely furnished and sorted!

The only negative thing was the wifi. We had very bad wifi in the apartment. We reported it 3 times and they restarted the hotspot, but even so the wifi was very weak. I don't know if it's only a problem in that apartment or everywhere. In any case, they deserve a 10 because everything else was perfect!

Amazing pool area, bar and entertainment. You could hear the rooms next to you but that was to be expected when staying in a family resort and it wasn’t super loud. The food is basic but all tastes really good and super reasonable prices! Lovely atmosphere in the day and very easy walk or short taxi into the town.

The rooms were old and basic and we didn’t have an oven but as to be expected when you pay a budget price. Nothing was broken, everything was clean and fresh sheets and towels were brought every other day

Nice hotel, we were there for the second time. Great pool for small children, nice staff. Comfortable room, this time also a very comfortable bed. Nice bedding. Nice shows every night. Delicious breakfast.

There is really no sound insulation. If you are disturbed by sounds and want to go to bed early, then it will be unpleasant. Some worn furniture. Needs renewal.

10/10 hotel. Exceptionally well maintained and clean hotel! Excellent breakfast! I would strongly recommend to family with young children/toddlers. Shows every night… in case you are looking for such entertainment. If you are looking for a quiet place at 8-10 pm, look for another hotel as the show/music go to ~22:30 pm. This was ok for us. Hotel staff very polite. Restaurant offers food throughout the day. View from the balcony (3rd floor) was awesome.

Wifi almost nonexistent in the room.

Apartments were very clean, I was very pleasantly surprised at the breakfast as it really was a budget hotel I wasn't expecting much but there was a great selection. The lunch and dinner menu was also fantastic with theme nights every 2nd or 3rd night(bbq night, Mexican night) the staff were excellent, consistently friendly throughout our stay. I highly recommend the goats cheese salad🥰 Apartments are about a 20min walk from the main town, our 4yo managed the walk into town no problem at all in the September heat as it was downhill. The way back is uphill tho so that would be a problem for some, we always got taxi back which were plentiful and cheap(10e)

The shuttle bus never seemed to be available when we enquired...we were told it finished at 5.30 one evening, another day we were told it only goes on the hour...so we never used it, taxi was only about €10 anyways

The staff were so friendly. The apartments were v clean and towels and bedlinen provided every 3 days. Lovely quiet location above the town

The air conditioning in bedroom was v noisy. I'd have loved more fruit and cereal selection at breakfast. Also only one big centre light in bedroom so not ideal if one person wants to read.

Its first time when i read some reviews on google and they don't match with what you actually get.So lets start from begin.Contact reception before we arrive if they can help with airport transfer and they sort out straightaway.We arrive at 11 pm and go to reception.Lady explain everything to us ,pass our access cards and show where we need to go.I take apartment with sea view and breakfast.Apartment been clean with comfy beds fridge,cooker ,kettle so all basically what you need when you arrive with family.At 8.30 they starting serving breakfast.You have hot and cold option,fresh made coffee.From restaurant you have access to 2 pools,which they are perfect for kids.As we choose this as a family stay i think it was perfect choice.Water clean,nice slides for kids life guard on duty and also you get from reception big towels and you can change them every day if need it.Access to showers and toilets.Area its lock so very secure so you and kids really enjoy.You also had access to another swimming pool which is on the back of reception building and small football pitch.Not far from place you have supermarket if you need buy food and want cook yourself .You can get food also from restaurant and tbf not bad prices,fresh made and tasty.What i also did as i like different food i order from one of delivery app and had food deliver to apartment direct.If you have enough swimming pool or just want go to town its around 20 min walk (with 2 kids) or you have free bus from outside reception every hour from 9-6. Three times a week they do evening entertainment from pizza night ,flamenco to BBQ Night.After for example long day on beach its nice just to chill out.During all stay staff was very friendly.What was superb for us as we fly this time our flight back was at 10 pm and you need leave room at 11am.They have storage room where you can leave your bags locked and still enjoy day @ pool or go to town and back on evening.Thank you very much to all staff for look after us.

No nightly entertainment during week for children or adults, thus poor atmosphere ariund bar in the evenings. Number of sun- loungers limited, as a result often left without sunloungers or needed to sit on the ground. Shuttle bus to town a nice feature, however perhaps it would be nice if it ran a little later in the evening

The staff were lovely and provision of a free shuttle service to the beach was great. The pool areas were clean and the bar and restaurant staff pleasant and accommodating.

Because our apartment was on the ground floor next to the lift and staff office it was very noisy at night and in the morning. Our bed sheets were only changed once in 2 weeks and although we had clean towels x 2 in the first week - none in the second week.
