Very clean and tidy in all areas. Lovely property. In a busy area but we’ll insulated against the outside noice.

The B.com advert for the hotel showed an apartment, fridge, hob, microwave and oven, we’d taken food to prepare at the venue but this room had none of that. We were given underground parking and upon our departure we were told that it was €25 per day… so €50 parking when out on the street although metered, the parking was free for the whole Christmas period.

Excellent location, apart but still within walking distance from the busy tourist areas (metro station Arguelles). Just around the corner from the bus stop of the free of charge electric 101 which takes you through Gran Via to Prado museum and to the main train station Atocha. Lots of shops and cafes all around. We enjoyed the gourmet store and the cafeteria on the highest floor of the Corte Ingles nearby. The hotel seems to be recently renovated, rooms are not large but relatively comfortable and quiet.

No hangers in the cramped bathroom. Old, low quality kitchenware.

The room was large and very clean, the bathroom very good with a lovely rain shower. All staff on the reception desk (24 hours) were very friendly and helpful. I liked that it had a table and chairs. Very good value. Would definitely recommend if you don’t mind being just out of the centre which is very very busy. Benefit it is very close to Monclea where buses go to El Escorial Monestary which is a fabulous day trip.

Nothing room wise, it is a short Metro trip to the centre of Madrid but also a very pleasant enjoyable 15-20 min walk. But I enjoyed getting away from all the bustle.

This is a nice, well-equipped aparthotel in the Argüelles area of Madrid, 15 min walk from Plaza de España. Our room had a few basic facilities for a kitchenette - microwave, fridge, sink - and was super clean, very silent at night (it faced an inner courtyard and not the busy street on the other side). Comfy beds, nice staff, large and modern bathroom; the decoration is neutral and nothing special but nice enough. All was great, it's perfect as a base to explore the city as the public transport is very close (Metro Argüelles). There's many shops, bars and restaurants in the area. It's not super cheap but for Madrid it's a good price. I would recommend it and use it again if I go back.

All was great, the only thing that puzzles me is that it seems that hotels in Spain now are removing the toilet brush - not a great idea :( There are no views from the inner rooms, only a courtyard, but it's not really a problem unless you're specifically looking for a room with a view or a romantic getaway, which this is not. Other than that, no complains, it's a nice place to stay.

Friendly staff, location...location. Lots of cafeterias / pastry shops within 1 to 3 blocks from the apartment. Taxis were everywhere, and we did not have to wait long each time to grab one. Short drive to city center, restaurants, and tour pick-up locations. The average taxi fare to the city center was approximately 8 Euros. From the International Airport to the apartment was 33 Euros (fixed price). Also, the area in the vicinity the apartment is safe to walk day or night. There is a supermarket about 2 blocks from the apartment. We could not hear the street traffic from our room.

The aparthotel is very conveniently located near to a metro station - less than 5 minutes walk - near to a stop for the hop-on- hop-off buses and, as an added bonus at the same distance is the El Corte Ingles store with an excellent supermarket in the basement. The apartment was very comfortable and the reception staff were friendly helpful and very accommodating - we had a late flight from Madrid and they held onto our luggage all day. The is a small kitchen in the lounge with a fridge, hob and microwave/grill. The only very slight criticism is the paucity of kitchen utensils. All in all a very pleasant stay and I would strongly recommend the aparthotel to others

Not a lot

It is my third or fourth time on this hotel. It is very convenient for short business trips. Located in a quiet area, within a walking distance to many restaurants and to El Corte Ingles, and close to public transportation. There is a bus stop in front of, and it is close to Metro Arguelles. If you need a taxi, you just stay in front of the hotel and there are many passing by. Also, hotel can arrange a taxi for you. Staff is very friendly and solicit. The room is comfortable and quiet. Matrass is very good. Bathroom is renovated and spacious. The restaurant adjunct to the hotel serves excellent food.

The pillows are too high.

The hotel is a small to medium scale hotel, therefore it is more intimate compared to other hotels, making its service more personal. Staff is amazingly nice; room is large and comfortable. It is located around 5 minutes walking from Argüelles metro station, making it easier to move in the city. Also close to many small restaurants and to El Corte Inglês.

The pillows were too high. I asked a lower one and they provided one. Wi fi gets disconnected many times during your stay. You need to sign in to the network again. I believe I had to sign in 5 or 6 times in a 3-night stay. Airco is pre-set and you cannot control the temperature. It was not warm inside the room but it was not cool either.

The hotel is very well located, a walking distance - 20-30 minutes to Gran Via, Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor, close to Parque del Oeste. Nearby there are many shops, supermarkets (Aldi, Carrefour and Dia), cafeterias and pastelerias. Metro Argulles-Moncloa and bus stations are also close to the hotel. The room was spatious, confortable and with all the necessary amenities. I particularly appreciated the electric kettle and the iron 🙂.

Very nice room. Clean and daily service good. Friendly reception. Good location as long as you are willing and able to walk a fair bit, suited us as we do like to walk around city.

Kitchen was lacking cups and some plates were chipped. Bath plug did not hold water and shower drench function faulty.. Needs a bit of an upgrade in these areas.
