The breakfast was what I’d expect from a 3-star hotel — standard but satisfying. They offered boiled and fried eggs, but I did miss having a classic omelet as an option. The selection was otherwise decent, everything was fresh, and the coffee was typical for this category — not great, but it did the job. What I really appreciated was the flexibility to choose between lunch or dinner, which helped us plan our days more easily. We arrived quite late, and I was grateful that the staff still allowed us to have dinner — that was a very kind gesture. When it comes to lunch and dinner during the week, the food was fairly average for a 3-star hotel. The highlight was definitely the seafood paella, which was delicious. However, many of the other meals leaned more toward fast food — such as burgers, hot dogs, and French fries — rather than traditional Mediterranean cuisine. I would have preferred more fresh, regional options, especially fresh (not frozen) fish. The staff were truly outstanding — very, very kind and helpful throughout our stay. From the receptionist to the kitchen staff, waiters, and housekeepers, everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel also offered evening entertainment and even poolside exercise sessions, which added a fun and active touch to the stay. The pool itself was very nice — clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax.

No complaints about staff and facilities are very good other than things mentioned below.

Beds and especially pillows are not very comfortable. There are only 2 small lifts for the whole hotel and this makes things difficult at some times of the day having to wait for a long time for a free lift for my wife who uses a wheel chair. Food is not really very good, the hot food in the morning and evening is not hot or sometimes cold, things such as bacon seem to have been boiled rather than fried, chips were always only warm. Salads, pastries and desserts were all OK though, it just seems that someone needs a lesson in how to use the ovens correctly and more attention paid to keeping food on display at correct temperatures, how about using a thermometer now and again to avoid chances of food poisoning.

Staff could not be more accommodating. We stayed late in the bar and they put a table out in the lobby for us so that we could stay and talk! The pool is clean.

The walls are SO thin. I’m so glad an amorous couple weren’t next door. Loads of kids go and if you don’t want loud fun, this isn’t the place for you. On the other hand, if you are still rocking with La Bamba at 23.00, go for it!

Entertainment every night which was nice for the visitors.

The double beds are two singles put together. This meant that it kept on separating whenever people sat or lay down.

We have been to this hotel several times before & whilst most things were as good as previously the food options, especially breakfast, we're not as good as before.

Good ratio between price and quality. The rooms we got were reconstructed and hauskeepers were taking care of their cleaning every day.

There could be a bigger choice of warm vegetarian meals at the restaurant's buffet. There was a lot of fresh vegetable but almost none warm veggie meal. The breakfast choice could be also more variable. For a lot of facilities you have to pay extra e. g. safety deposit box or Wi-Fi.
