The staff were very friendly especially Angela and the second receptionist who spoke English, both were very helpful. The waiting staff unfortunately spoke No english and the receptionists helped out. The food was very good, the breakfast had an excellent choice and again staff couldn't do enough for you. We had a ground floor room, from which we could walk over to the pool. The grounds were very nice and drinks were available from the main bar, plastic cupos/glasses were provided for the pool side. The spa was very good but a little tired. We took advantage of the massage service offered, I had two deep tissue massages and my wife one. The masseus was excellent and reached all the right bits releasing the knots in my back and shoulders. The Hotel overlooks the Riglos peaks, from which you can see Eagles, Vultures and red, black and shouldered Kites, from the Hoitel grounds. Strange noises can be heard fron the front of the Hotel, which turns out to be Frogs in a cave by the front door, but cant be accessed.

There was a lack of tourist information, the area is known for it activities and nature, but we could find nothing in the Hotel about it. The Hotel uses QR codes for information about dining and menus. This assumes every one has a smart phone. Many of the people, including French and German found this off putting and spoke to reception, who were happy to print out the menus in the requested language, however the two receptionist were on hand to translate to the kitchen as the Spanish waiting staff didn't understand the translated menu? However this didnot detract from the friendly efficient staff at the Hotel.

Our second visit to the hotel and it was just as good. The location is fabulous with great views all around the hotel. Initially we chose the hotel because it has a parking garage for the motorcycle, but I returned for the Spa and heated outdoor pool. Yes, you need to pay extra for the Spa (not the pool), but it’s worth it. Food in the restaurant is ok and not overpriced. I am sure we will return.

Perfect location, awesome view to the mountains, beautiful garden and swimming pool. The room was very specious and comfortable. The staff was friendly. There were a lot of birds and bird nests under the roof of the hotel and it was great to watch them.

There were a lot of flies in the yard. The breakfast selection was very limited and lack fresh fruit and vegetables.

The hotel is beautiful, located in such an incredible area, the view from the terrace is simply amazing. The hotel is very clean, the spa after a long day hiking or driving is amazing. It has everything and more in store for you. The room is super comfy, bathroom equally big, clean and with all that you need.

The staff could be more friendly, more welcoming. You get a feeling they are not very happy working there. When you ask for something a little extra it's always no. I've been there twice now, and it's always the same. The drinks at the bar are amazing, big, full of alcohol! The food however served at dinner really isn't great! Food choice is poor, quality not great, very greasy. Definitely not gourmet cooking, just average. The hotel is beautiful, the food should match. That's a disappointment. Apart from that our stay was lovely

The pool area and views of mountains are breathtaking…simply gorgeous. Rooms are very big and bathroom super cool. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The dinner restaurant can unfortunately not be recommended. We tried it despite poor reviews…defintely a mistake. We did not get what we ordered and food was very basic, cold, uncooked and uninteresting. Restaurant service and food do not at all match quality of hotel, facilities and surroundings.

Beautiful hotel with nice clean spacious room that had a view of the mountains. Big terrace adjacent to the room. Great spa with a view and steam room, sauna, pool with all kind of different jets . Such a nice experience. Good breakfast and the food in the restaurant was good too. Friendly staff.

It’s about 10 minutes walk to town and the town is uphill.

Beautiful location and comfortable room and hotel.

The temperature in the hotel was unpleasantly too hot. Even if the energy source is geothermal, this seems like a waste of resources and pouring this heat into the atmosphere is probably not a good thing. Equally for the outdoor swimming pool. Imaging if everybody did this! It is also not good from a health wise perspective, as our bodies are more used to cooler temperatures in the winter. At least 2 degrees less everywhere would have felt more comfortable.

Lovely hotel to stay at. Easy parking, single floor access to rooms, pool, bar etc. Absolutely amazing setting and view of the Riglos rocks - truly stunning. Comfortable beds, cosy welcoming bar area, nice outdoor space and great food in the restaurant at both breakfsat and dinner. Good spa with various jets, suana, steam room and jacuzzi, all clean and working well. Outside pool area very nice too!

Nothing - everything was great. Even though it was very hot outside, the room was cool enough. Fridge in room was useful and we were given a room close to the bar as asked )slight mobility issue) but it was not noisy.

Stunning location, lovely staff, decent breakfast, quick and good evening meal service, easy parking, simple but lovely rooms. Huge bed. Pool area is clean. Didn't use spa, but I'm sure based on the other positives, it's good

The view from the rooms and balconies was exceptional. The staff were very helpful with our stay and very attentive to our needs during our stay even with our small requests. I can't thank the staff enough for making our stay memorable with such a beautiful hotel and surroundings.
