This is an old housing stock and I don't really like it, but this hotel became an exception. These are real 4 stars. There are a small pool and a gym, a nice lobby. The room has an audio system that works in the room and bathroom. The minibar is filled with a variety of drinks (nice price). The hotel takes care of details - large bath towels, toothbrushes, various cosmetics. Super comfy bed, enough room space. Nice view from the window. Quiet, peaceful area. Polite staff came to help more than once. The receptionist helped me call a taxi. The price is normal. I've been using Freenow, but the app doesn't work over the weekend. Breakfasts are not varied, but you will not go hungry.

A little far frome the city center, bus station. You need to know it, if you don't want to walk a lot.

The rooms are quiet, the beds are super comfy and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

We were not reminded about free wifi and were not instructed clearly about how to reach the hotel from the parking garage (maybe due to language, English) The pool area is very hot, the lighting was poor and the pump is extremely noisy. The table clearing at breakfast was canteen-like + quite noisy (trolly with cutlery thrown into bucket)

2 bedrooms make it ideal for family travel. Lovely bathroom and beds. Dining staff very helpful. Swimming pool is heated and good size, not busy at all.

Location is about 1.5km from the centre - not too many things open nearby on a Sunday. Underground parking is extra €15 per night. No changing rooms for the pool. Very noisy machinery in the pool. Bar variable morning opening hours. Dining in underground room with no windows. Staff somewhat indifferent and didn't know mercado opening hours.

We were travelling from western Spain to the ferry at Santander and therefore broke our journey at Oviedo. On arrival we were directed to the underground car park (cost 15 Euros) which is very conveniently situated and provides easy access to the hotel. I liked the fact that there was a bath as well as a shower and bidet in the bathroom. Had we stayed for longer we might have used the swimming pool which looked most inviting.

The lighting in the room was not good enough to read in bed.

Comfy climate control, cleanliness, friendly staff. We travelled with children, we booked a room with one extra sofa-bed where children were sleeping. Both rooms has a TV, all was perfectly clean and all was functioning well. Breakfast was also good.

Lack of slippers in the room (maybe you can bought them at reception). The pool is not a large one, and it is connected to the gym. It is not suitable for children

Hotel was very clean. The location was perfect in relation to the city center. Park with a very good size parking spaces which is uncommon in spain.

Although they offer a gym, all the machines were very old. Example: trying to set the running tred at a 7 km/h felt it would break it self. And they were full of rust. Also the sauna was set in the same room, which made the gymnasium room temperature almost unbearable

Basically a normal town hotel, everything there you need, nothing really impressive. You can reach the "monuments" of the hotels name in a 30-minutes walk up the hill - the two old churches are outstanding (guided tour in Spanish required). The swimming pool is quite good, but with only basic facilities. Normal breakfast in a room without windows.

It's quite a long (20 minutes) and unattractive walk to the town centre. Bus is available, but a bit hard to understand where to get off or from where to return.

Breakfast was very rich. Perfect staff at the hotel desk, all of them speaking english. All hotel space and room very clean, quiet rooms. Hotel street is at a little bit noisy, but nothing to hear when you close the windows.

The hotel was great. We loved the deluxe room, ideal for a couple with a baby. The swimming pool was nice to enjoy some family time! Good parking and 10-15 min walking from the center. We will repeat!

This is a modern, clean and comfortable hotel. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station but longer into the city centre (30 minutes). However, it is on a couple of city centre bus routes. We were a bit disappointed with the swimming pool which is really in need of a bit of care and attention. But overall we thought it good value for the location.
