Our stay at Hotel Hispania left only the best impressions! First of all, I’d like to highlight the friendly and polite staff — always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. The atmosphere is truly warm and hospitable; you feel like a valued guest from the very beginning. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with a pleasant interior. Daily housekeeping keeps everything fresh and tidy — it’s a pleasure to return after a day out. The location is perfect: just a few steps from the sea, close to the airport and the city center — very convenient whether you’re on a relaxing holiday or a short trip. Special thanks for the delicious, varied, and always fresh food — new options every day, a wide selection of dishes to suit every taste. We really liked the hotel! It's close to the beach, which is very convenient! I want to say a special thank you to the staff! Everyone is polite and always willing to help you! Special thanks for the food! I've never eaten so deliciously in any hotel, everything is always fresh and the cuisine is very varied! The room was on the first floor, the cleaning was always good. Many people write feedbacks that there are a lot of drunk people - yes, there is such a thing, but people are on vacation! So relax and enjoy the sea. There are shops nearby where you can buy beer and food, there is a refrigerator in the room. The audibility in the room is strong, especially at night when people come from the disco, but I took earplugs! In general, I recommend the hotel 100%

The Skybar was amazing and the barman full of positive energy. Beach was literally across the street, ideal for morning swim. Very convenient location close to many bars restaurants etc. Friendly staff. Good public transportation from and to the airport.

It could get a bit loud at the corridor during late night but it is to be expected in such destination and location also it was mostly momentarily. Price was a bit high but also expected for the location and destination.

Great location and sea view, though noisy German tourists sometimes spoiled the mood. The first sea-view room wasn’t what I expected, but receptionist Arianni quickly found a better solution: i was very satisfied with both her effort and the outcome. The restaurant staff are fantastic—always kind and in a great mood. The sky bar with whirlpool at sunset alone is worth the entire price and stay.

Unfortunately, the entire seaside promenade (several kilometers long) is lively with German tourists using megaphones and cheering like at a stadium, even though there’s no event—an interesting sociological phenomenon, but perhaps it should be toned down. The hotel could also improve soundproofing, as the current windows don’t isolate noise well.

Everything was nice! Friendly and welcoming staff! Very clean and comfortable rooms with balcony, we had nice sea view. AMAZING BREAKFAST, we had more than we could think of, cannot understand anyone who can say anything bad about this breakfast. We also took diiner for one night for 15 euros, which was also amazing, u could choose from sea food to grill and many salads, dessert, etc.. Location of the hotel is superb, beachfront, just next to the Playa de Palma beach, bus is also there that goes to Palma city every few minutes. If it is little noisy during the night, it’s normal and expected, because this is superb location where there are many bars and restaurants. Roof top is amazing also, wonderful views for chilling and taking photographies. They also have outdoor swimming pool to relax. During check out they gave us keys of the locker room to keep our luggages safe, fresh towels and shower in the pool area! Overall, it is very good value for the money we paid. We will definitely come back to amazing Mallorca, and will stay in this great hotel again. Highly recommended!

The hotel was lovely,clean and you’ve got the sea right in front of it which makes it even better. We loved its sky bar on the top where you can see beautiful sunsets or sunbathe during the day and have some cocktails. There’s a bus stop to go into the city centre (Palma) in front of the hotel as well,so you don’t have to worry about travelling. We had a wonderful stay,highly recommended! 😊

The lifts were a bit wobbly.

Location is grate, top. On the promenade. All bus stops in vicinity. Roof terrace is just wow, nice. Food is delicious.

Elevators -max 2 people and only 2 elevator. Air conditioned hotel, but restaurant so so hot inside and reception too.

Superb hotel, it has 3 different pools in 3 different locations, the rooftop bar is incredible with its own jacuzzi and an amazing 360 view of the beach! We booked the all inclusive option and weren’t disappointed, the buffet was amazing with so many choices. The rooms are modern spacious and clean and the hotel is in a prime location, right opposite the beach with an abundance of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

One Eastern European lady at reception was particularly rude and condescending at check in. Too many English tourists. Luckily they were pretty mature but for anyone wanting to get away from the UK, this will feel like being in Britain. They were friendly enough but we usually avoid places with English tourists because it can get rowdy. Thankfully, it didn’t.

Holel location is excellent. Fabulous root terrace. Friendly, professional personnel. Excellent food. Amazing holiday!

Children with diapers regularly use swimming pool. Also, jumping, playing and making a lot of noise was daily routine. Swimming pool area is too small for such activities. The room could be slightly larger. Having bathroom glass wall is not always super convenient.

Great breakfast and dinner selection, clean and spacious rooms. Easy to reach by bus or taxi from the airport. Keep in mind when booking that you are in the very German part of Palma so dining/entertainment options around the hotel are quite German :)

My one negative comment is that at dinner, if you order a drink, you are asked to paid for immediately at the table. On more than one occasion a staff member came to our table mid-meal (and mid-mouthful) to ask us to pay. It wasn't a huge deal but waiting until the end of the meal, or when leaving the restaurant, would have been better.
