My family came from Canada and stayed here for four days. Our 5th floor rooms had large balconies with a nice view of the sea. The rooms were clean and of descent size. The staff at reception desk and restaurant easily approachable, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast truly enjoyable with a tasteful selection of juices, breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, eggs, sweets, and coffee. Good location just a short walk to a nice beach. Hotel guests ranged from couples and groups of young people to mature families, and all seemed respectful of each other. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The room was lovely, clean. The food options were plenty and food was lovely. Location was good near the beach and walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants. The pool was lovely and the sunbeds were so comfortable.

The only thing was that there was no blind/curtain on the bathroom window and the window was level with a residential property. Every time you showered or used the loo they could see straight in... We did report it and they said that they would sort it but no one came to fix it

The staff were the nicest, friendliest and loveliest hotel staff we have ever known. The hotel was spotless and it was such good value for money! It rained one afternoon and we used the spa facilities. They were nice and were free and included in the stay. The location was great and was only a few minutes walk from the beach. The hotel is at the end of the lively part which was perfect as it can get very busy and was bustling in the strip. So we were away from it but if you wanted it then it was only five minutes walk. The beach was beautiful and as you walk into the sea, the sand was so soft under your feet. We also got the bus into Palma. 2 euros each but we wanted to experience the bus. It was okay but we got the taxi back as it’s obviously quicker.

Nothing to dislike

Excellent location just 2 min. from the beach, 1 min. from the taxi and bus stop ( line 25) to Cathedral and city centre of Palma. Aquarium is just 10 min away. Lot of shops and restaurants nearby. We’ve got a great, spacious room with 3 beds , big terrace equipped with lounge chairs and comfortable baldachin ( canopy) . Room was just renovated and newly equipped . Outdoor pool was great, heated , and very clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs, canopies to relax. Breakfast was excellent ! Hotel staff is lovely, very professional and will help make your stay even better ! All together great!

The pool-area (no trees, no parasols (only chargeable daybeds), limited outside places during breakfast, no outsideplaces during lunch, no seat cushions on balcony furniture, no amanities in bathroom, hairdryer without a cooling function

the room was super spacious, so was the toilet and bathroom, everything was very clean. The used a big container with liquid soap which i like cause i hate having to waste the little single use bars of soap. The balcony was spacious and the windows offered a lot of sunglight. The beach is super nearby and so are all the local bars. The receptaion was open 24/7 which was convinient as I usuallt arrived at 2am. The communal area offers cafe area which i used to work from - at least in april this was very quiet and I could focus on work for couple of hours without anyone bothering me.

The location is good but if you actually plan to spend a lot of days in Palma it will get expensive - single taxi costs about 20 from the city center so I think overall I paid about 100 for taxis.. You can take the bus and that was ok at certain times but few times it was impossible to get into the bus as it was too full. The wifi was not really that great and I ended up using my phone hotspot instead. The area is also full of germans and everyone assumed that I am a german (i am not).

The hotel staff were very welcoming, our room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. We had a spa and nice outdoor pool with lovely snack/drinks service by the pool from the lovely Josè, he was always smiling and friendly and so helpful and at breakfast too, also Toni. Breakfast was excellent, great selection each morning, choice of cooked food with cereals, toast, cold meats cheese etc. Lovely coffee/tea. Hotel just 3 minutes from beach/promenade, lovely place. Bus just across road at corner to Palma City bus 25 €2 e/w. Lovely restaurants nearby, great choice. Locked Room to store luggage on day of departure. Overall very happy.

If I had to pick something it would be the TV…… no English channels 🥲

The hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach. The rooms are small but nicely furnished and very clean. Breakfast was excellent – everything you need to start the day. The reception staff were extremely friendly, especially one woman who checked us in (unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name). Overall, a very pleasant stay!

We had booked a triple room, but unfortunately, the extra bed was quite uncomfortable and made the space too cramped – we couldn’t even open the wardrobe properly.

The room terrace was lovely. Food choice to suit most although selection wasn't as much as hoped. Overall relaxing and enjoyable 3 night Springtime break before moving to a different area on Mallorca

Dining room was a bit crazy an manic and if you didn't get a table close to the food, it was hard to find a route around the dining tables without cliding with someone else. Dining area needs re-designing with larger tables, our table for 2 was very small, we had to keep getting up and down to get food as the surface area on table was so small

Loved every minute of it,me and my husband just checked out of the hotel.We have a such a great time.When we arrived they upgrade us with a deluxe room with a sea view which amazing 🤩,the service was extraordinary,staff is constantly trying to satisfy everyone’s needs.The hotel in general is well located 3 minutes walk from the beach.The room have been cleaned up every single day also we had paid for half board meals which means the breakfast and dinner was delicious 😋, great variety food, fresh and healthy. Would like to thanks for everything to all staff especially to JUSTIN he is an amazing administrator receptionist ready to resolve any inconvenience, we had problems with the air conditioner and he didn’t hesitate to swap with different room . Hope this review will help any others people to choose a quality hotel.😊
