The room was a nice size and the bed was really comfortable. The wardrobe size was alright and had quite a few hangers and boxes to put your clothes. The bathroom was a nice size and the water pressure shower was good .. The air conditioning was a bonus with the weather The restaurant was a good size and the selection of food was ok salad meat fish and different vegetables desserts .Breakfast was nice with cereal yogurt fruit and cooked food (the bacon was tasty but quite fatty that's Spains bacon for you) The pools were quite small and they would get leaves on them.went to have a quiet swim and then three young men got in to play ball There was different ones you could use

Couldn't contact to internet even when I put information in. The walk to the beach was was down hill and then you had to walk up hill coming back

The closest beach was 7 minutes walk. There are some stones however at the entrance to the water at this beach. But there is a choice of beaches. When there are waves on this one you can go to the one with the palms where the waves can be much smaller. There are shops and cafes right next to the hotel. A2 bus stop almost next to the hotel to go to the airport (5€ one way), no need to order the transfer. Menu at the restaurant very nice and varying (all inclusive). Unfortunatelly all restaurants of the hotel except one close since October (which was not mentioned during booking), and if you missed lunch you can have only some sandwiches,fruit and biscuits in the bar near the pool until dinner. Beautiful territory with fur trees. Good but very reduced due to the season animation.

I was given a room in Acapulco building with a view on a backyard that was not very clean. And no sun on the balcony during the day so it was not possible to dry a beach towel during the day. Some staff in the bar and restaurant are not friendly at all. No beach towels are proposed for the pools.

I liked the big resort, few pools, all staff were friendly, the location also fantastic, bus to airport just around the corner, 24h Spar next door, and the beach only 7 minutes away. I was an all inclusive, I loved those tasty red tomatoes and the pink sauce for the salad.🙂

All inclusive not including cocktails which was a pain for me, as I don't drink beer or wine. The fire alarm went off at 5am (or 6) on my first night, when I was dead tired. (Happens...and at least we did know it's working 😀) Water gone at 11pm for a short period of time.. luckily not while I was washing my hair. Oh..and someone stole my do not disturb card from the door.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the rooms were cleaned and aired out regularly. The location is also quite convenient — just a 5-minute walk to the beach.

The only downside was that the beds and pillows weren’t the most comfortable, but overall, I really enjoyed my time here.

Breakfast was perfect!

7 in the morning without any knock my doors opened and then immediately closed. I woke up, i locked the door from inside and tried to fall asleep again. Maybe after 20min, again without any knocks, doors opened again, some women came in my room, said something like ''oh sorry'' and then immediately left. So, what i want to say, door lock not working, and staff can came inside your room without any warnings whenever they want . Zero privacy. Also, i think it was maids, because i heard vacuum cleaner and some other cleaning noises from other rooms. Noises was too loud and it was not possible to fall asleep.

Hotel was good. Room as described and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Even tho I did not spend much of time at the hotel or installations, the pool was great and a lot of activities with the staff from the hotel which makes it even more fun.

Major downside is the people or young people that visit the hotel in June. Lot of noise at the balcony which we found very hard to sleep around 5 and 6 in the morning.

Great location to the beach, always a variety for the buffet restaurant (however not the most amazing vegetarian options so beware of this), the evening pizza bar was amazing and it was such great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the cleaners came in everyday as well.

Lack of vegetarian options, wish there was some sort of mini fridge in the room and we did have a couple of nights that were a bit noisy due to other guests coming back from a night out but all in all it wasn’t that bad at all.

Really good value room including half board. Had two decent meals, plenty to eat. Close to beach- 6 mins walking. Room clean and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Walls thin, could hear conversations next door. Would assume not all rooms are like this though as my room was 1st floor and close to the main communal areas. It did not impact my sleep.

Hotel and rooms very clean and spacious. Location is on a bit of a gradient ,about 10 minutes walk to the sea front. Quality, and quantity of food was very good. You have the choice of 3 swimming pools . We would like to thank all staff,and would definitely recommend a holiday at this hotel .

It has quite a few good facilities and staff is very helpful, quite a good location about 10 minutes from the beach!

The hotel has a seating patio that in some nights gets quite loud and it the balcony door is not quite soundproof, but not the hotel fault, also the cleaning I like it, they come and tidy up what is needed and don't do unnecessary waste and work for the staff
