That was my third visit there The staff is very friendly and nice but unfortunately some things got worse. -The food is much less with new chef and the room service is very poor. No option for gluten free almost -very hard to communicate with the reception from the room - the house keeping is very noisy from very early. They’re screaming between them like they were there alone - i left my car in the entrance and the valet was telling me that he will take care of the parking but eventually he didn’t close the roof and the car got damaged during the night We had to many issues for 48 hours but i decided to give 10 according to my last 2 visits

Breakfast well organized and appointed. Garden and the main building are the key features of the property. Rooms are comfortable but not luxury.

Hotel restaurant unfortunately was significantly below expectations. Wrong order delivered, forgot to put water on the table, food was slow to arrive, vitello tonnato was not made with veal but with beef carpaccio. Not at all a 5* experience.

Stunning, everything is perfect and had the wow factor. The food in the restaurant blew me away, I am vegetarian and despite most the menu being meat there were some amazing options for me. Bedroom was huge and cosy, decorated modern but earthy. Spa massage was incredible, yoga in the morning fab! Electric bikes on site for your use. I travel alot and love a fancy hotel so my standards can be pretty high, this place exceeds expectations.

Restaurant is subpar for an institution at this level, though breakfast was nice. You need to drive around a bit to get decent food.

Everything was perfect. Staff was very attentive, the building has a lot of character, the room was very nicely decorated. Breakfast included a lot of choice and everything tasted great. The indoor pool was very nice and the jakuzi was a bit small but a lot of fun

No tasting menu available on night we stayed. Disappointed. Pre drinks took forever to come, had to chase.

the property is beautiful, great breakfast, good spa and gym. Exactly what we were looking for.

We stayed in the garden suites and you can hear everything from the room next door! I woke up with my “neighbors” alarm in the morning! Not sure if it was because it was a connecting room with the door in between, but not to comfortable because of this.

The hotel is very well situated and was very nice, although the rooms, although big, are in need of an upgrade. It was probably clean, but very difficult to make such an old room look clean. The staff were very helpful and overall good value for money.

Breakfast was not what we expected from a Relais y Chateau property. We would have tried lunch and dinner at the property if breakfast had been better. Concierge service could have been a little better. We didn’t find out about Peratedella until the last day.
