Great location, lovely building, stylish room! Great bathroom with whirlpool bath, and shower. Wi-Fi was good in the hotel. Bar had great cocktails. Parking great and had valet service. Comfortable beds. Good aircon! Amazing breakfast that was included!!! A very much welcomed treat with dairy alternatives!!! Thank you!!

Pool was very cold. Not enough sun loungers for all guests. Shame the road outside the bedroom had rubbish collections going on through the night that woke us up, 1am, 4am and 8am… so was noisey and could her people talking in the street. Maybe a higher room would be better for less road noise.

Really nice hotel, amazing location to visit Pamplona, 2 min walk into the old town. Visited in 40 degree heat, air con in the room was fantastic, very clean room, serviced every day…be aware no kettle so take yr own, that was the only negative, would definitely book again. 😊 Parking attendant was so attentive, pulled up and within minutes he was out showing us our space 😊

No tea/coffee making facilities

The hotel is located adjacent to the city centre; it is very easy to find. It is located near to restaurants, shops and other facilities. The city centre is just a few minutes walk away. It has its own surface car park in front of the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very comfortable with excellent facilities. The hotel itself is lovely and very pleasant. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food and drink.

Nothing

We had a room on the 7th Floor, quite large and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pillors were very comfortable. The bar was efficient and served quality bar food if required, which again was of High quality. The Hotel is situated on the edge of the Old city and is within easy reach of all bars/restaurants. We paid for garage parking for our motorcycle which was 9 euro a night. Breakfast was of a High quality and the waitress's were friendly and efficient

We could not change the aircon temp in the room, we wanted a cooler room, but no matter what we did we couldn't bring the temperature down.

Great hotel at a very central location

They said they could provide the hotel bill with the billing details I needed when I checked in but when I was checking out they didn't. Either the person checking me in was ill-informed in which case they should improve their training program or they just said yes to get me off their backs. The latter case is something they should take very seriously.

We booked this property as it was recommended in our guide and weren't disappointed. For a large hotel it was excellent. Despite being next to a main road and roundabout the rooms were very quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, including breakfast staff. The situation is ideal - cross the road and you are in the old town, go another way and you can access a lovely park and the city wall walk. We ate at restaurants recommended by the hotel which were both excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Minor issues - a little more soundproofing between rooms (our neighbour was a prodigious snorer), the gym area in the basement is very tired, and there is no lift from the downstairs garage but this was made very clear to us on arrival.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. The staff is very helpful, breakfast has a good spread and the hotel provides all facilities. Parking is also available, with a cost.

During the previous visit, a day before san fermin, lunch wasn't available (room service as well). My kids were at the room and I was out for a meeting and they were left starving until I returned back. The pool does not provide free towels.

Very friendly and helpful staff, a great breakfast. The room decoration is a bit dark for my taste but that is absolutely fine. We had a really nice view over the old town of pamplona and the location is absolutely lovely. you can walk to the main tourist destinations in 5-10 minutes while the place is still in a pretty calm area very close to the citade.

The walls in the room we had were made out of cardboard. We could basically follow the conveesation of the spanish couple next door. Beyond that absolutely no complaints.

I’m not a breakfast eater but it was good .the staff was very friendly and kind. I was made aware about a strike against travelers and there was evidence at every place we stayed but yours. There wasn’t one person we came in contact w that was mean! Ty

The only thing I can even think of would be I wish we would have had a fan ! It was so humid . We just aren’t used to it! I loved the sheets!!!!! Can they be purchased?
