We recently stayed at Casablanca Playa, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and well-maintained. We chose the sea view option, and it was absolutely worth it—the view was breathtaking and added a special charm to our stay. Our stay included breakfast and dinner, and the food quality was excellent. The freshly baked bread and amazing pastries were definite highlights. The variety and freshness of the dishes impressed us, and the service from the staff was very nice, making our dining experiences enjoyable. Finally, the location of the hotel is unmatched—absolutely the best! It made exploring the surrounding areas a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent views, great food, and convenient location.

A warm welcome from Yolanda at reception was a good start and the great staff interaction continued throughout the stay. Our room, 309, had a side view of the Ponent beach which was perfect. We went half board and the food did not disappoint. Plenty of choice and the quality was excellent. A special mention to Carlos and Octavi in the dining room. As the hotel caters for the Spanish and French holidaymakers it was calm and relaxing and not a Union Jack in sight. Bliss.

Excelent selection for Breakfast. Good bar prices and wonderfull terrace to sit on. Location easily walkable for restaurants & bars. Great side sea view from balcony. Fantastic receptionists especially a lovely lady called Reyes who was very informative and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, especially after the power cut accross Spain the day before which had been challenging for all the staff. Spotless clean bedroom by the dedicated housekeepers.

The location is so good facing onto the beach . The staff in all departments were so professional and friendly . The breakfast was excellent . The bus from Barcelona airport dropped us right outside the door of hotel.

The only thing I could say is that the pool is very small but because the beach was across the road it didn’t matter .

The rooms were lovely and clean, comfortable too and cleaned every day. The staff are very happy, helpful and willing to help wherever you need them to. The location was fantastic, sea view and right across the road from the beach. It's just 10 minutes walk to the main shops and beaches.

It's not a dislike because we found other things to eat, but vegetarians could be catered better for. On most days there wasn't much other then egg to eat for hot food. A couple of days there was potato and Spanish omelette but the majority it was all meat.

The hotel was excellent, literally in front of the beach, with good amenities / restaurants nearby. It was nicely furnished, everything new and very clean, big comfortable bed, amazing shower. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

Details mostly, for example although the breakfast was great the options of bread were always a bit dry, and the fruit could do with being a bit more prepared (sliced, peeled, etc). The towels weren’t great either, too small and often with holes and ripped edges, incompatible with the quality of the hotel as a whole. Also, and this is irrelevant to the comfort of your stay, but as an advice to the managers, we felt like the reception and entrance hall were too small and a bit outdated in terms of the architecture and finishes, again incompatible with the quality of the furnishing of the rooms. The hotel definitely deserves a nicer, more sophisticated reception area.

Fabulous hotel in a great location.Plenty of variety for breakfast and nice and fresh. The outdoor terrace was lovely and relaxing to sit out in the afternoons.Beautiful big bedroom nice and clean with a fab sea view.

The swimming pool very small with only a couple of sun loungers so didn't use it for our whole stay.We love swimming so we're disappointed

Very friendly and professional welcome at reception. Room was a good size, clean and very comfortable. Hotel was in a great location, ideal for a walk long the sea front, lots of bars and restaurants. We'd definitely stay again.

The breakfast was fine, but I'm easily pleased - it could have been hotter, that's all. The service was very good, the restaurant staff were very helpful and the team all see very happy and smiley.

We liked the room and the breakfast and the location. Within a 5 minute walk there was 3 lovely restaurants that allowed us to take the dog inside and eat.

The only think we did not like was that because the breakfast area is so big and it has at least three different areas, it was so sad we could not take our small dog into one of the areas with us for breakfast.
