Very nice place to stay short walk to the beach and restaurants. Very kind receptionists, very helpful and friendly. Apartment was specious and clean. We got what we asked for when we booked online.High floor and street view. Was very noisy from cars traffic, not sunny in the morning but felt private, nobody looked in to our balcony. We got privacy what we asked . We liked listen karaoke from Hotel bar every night, it was very funny how people sing and enjoy😀We with my 11 year son was happy about everything and had beautiful holidays in comfy hotel. Clean and comfortable! We were in the attic/penthouse so benefitted from the huge balcony with views of the mountains, city and sea. All the Staff are so friendly and helpful. Great location and several supermarkets, bars and restaurants close by. The Grapevine over the road is very good! I would make the effort to go to Mercadona supermarket about a 20 minute walk away, so much cheaper than the local ones but they are good for your first day basics. A 5 minute walk and you are in the centre of everything, literally 100s of places to choose from to eat and drink and shop!

As the hotel is located on a main road, you may experience traffic noise if you are on the front on the lower levels, day and night.

We were able to check in early and given a choice of the available apartments. The location is excellent amongst the biz but can be noisy at times, our choice.

Staff on reception were lovely and even loned us an umbrella when the heavens opened. The maid who rescued us from being locked out on the balcony was good fun! Just to mention, I was under the impression from my booking.com invoice that the tourist tax was included at the time of booking but it is not and we had to pay again on arrival.

Angela in reception greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived, such a happy & helpful lady. Pool was lovely. Great location, near the beach but still far away from pubs with noise. Lazy wave downstairs great fun for tablequiz & bingo. Apartment so clean Had to leave early due yo family emergency & so helpful

Really good location - 7 minute walk to beach and main strip. Loads of food places nearby. Supermarket next door and bakery just across the road. Check in very quick and all reception staff very friendly and helpful

Pool decent size but usual issues with people hogging sunbeds - towels left out at 9 am and no-one using them for most of the day.

We loved the location , most of all. We did have apartment at front and its noisy but we were told by receptionist and we could have moved later in stay but didn't bother us. We extended our stay we enjoyed it so much .

The only thing maybe was the noise from traffic, but you get used to it, we live in country so that would explain lot .

We really enjoyed our stay at the CYE Apartments everything was perfect, The staff were so kind, helpful, Angela was fantastic she went above and beyond as were all the staff, and Elizabeth the lady that came to clean our apartment was such a pleasure,she didn't have much English but she really tried so hard to engage lovely lady big smile really very nice people. They do a great job at making you feel welcome. Home from Home 🏡

We arrived into Salou at around 2.30 from Barcelona. The Bus Plana bus dropped us right outside the hotel door, this bus also went through the Barcelona airport, making it so easy to access from both Barcelona and the airport. Even though checkin was not til 5pm our room was ready when we arrived which was great. We had the attic apartment and the terrace and views were brilliant. Everything you need in the kitchen.

Only thing that could've been better was the supply of umbrellas at the beds around the pool, there was only about 4 in total. This did not bother us too much as it was quite when we stayed here, start of June.

This is my 4th time staying here, these apartments are spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The location is fantastic, with the lazy wave bar down stairs for food and entertainment, the taxi rank and bus stop just outside the door.. Its 5 mins walk to beach and main promenade and 10 mins walk (or 2 mins in taxi) to PortAventura theme park. And a supermarket next door.

It can be noisy as the karoke in the bar goes on till 12am. But we didnt mind it, but people with smaller kids might.
