Friendly staff, comfortable beds with good room service. Nice views. Good to have a fridge and safe.

Food was a bit bland and repetitive,and also needed to be hotter! Tea and coffee making facilities in the room lacked something's such as non decaffeinated coffee, and perhaps uht milk instead of powdered milk, also paper cups weren't replenished. Didn't have extractor in bathroom working, and door wasn't the best design,as didn't close properly. No onsite amusement in bar area , such as.pool table etc.

Asked to pay extra upon using the larger Sun beds. No notice anywhere upon booking the room that these were not free. No signs about that these were to be paid for. Left a sour taste when staff approached and asked us to pay or get up. I expected this at the beach, not at my hotel.

Really lovely hotel. The hotel itself is spotless, and the location is perfect. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. In terms of the location, it's 15 minutes from Salou by Bus, and the beach is directly across the hotel. The drinks are cheap and there is entertainment every night. Overall, it was a really good experience.

Even though I did not go with the all-inclusive I had dinner at the hotel one evening which wasn't great. If you are looking for somewhere to eat, i would recommend a restaurant called Route 66. The food is really good and the prices are reasonable.

It was a pure joy to stay at Best Punta Dorada. Rooms were exceptionally clean, beds very comfortable. The sea view from balcony was amazing. There is a free street parking quite close to the hotel (a few minutes walk), which we've used. We've been eating breakfasts and dinners at Best and we've been very happy with the quality of food and the variety of vegan options. For the dinner we've been getting a full bottle of really good wine just for 12 Euros - that was a bargain! Also, the drinks in the bar were very, very generous for the price. Oh, and the staff, so friendly and helpful, especially guys around the bar (cheers!). There are two beaches just next to the hotel. One is a sandy, comfortable beach, quite popular among the people around. The other one is a wild, rocky spot, which we really enjoyed, as there were scarcely any people around. Overall, great stay!

The hotel location is very convenient if you want to see places around costa Dorada like Salou, Cambrils, La Pineda and Tarragona, the bus station is just a block away. The receptionist Jonathan was very friendly, helpful and always attend to customers with a big smile. He gave us a free sea view upgrade which was a great plus to our stay.All inclusive is the way to go, all drinks breakfast, lunch , snacks and dinner included which saves you money. Dinner is good. Staff in general are friendly. We had a great stay overall.

Entertainment isn't that good, very few selection for snacks and breakfast food is the same everyday. You'll wake up tired because the bed are not comfy, it is hard.

The room is quite spacious, with enough light, a wonderful view of the sea, a choice of pillows. Most of all, I liked the small beach in a beautiful small bay, where in the morning there were max 5 people, and it is such a pleasure - to sunbathe and swim, not bumping into anyone The pool is good, there were almost always free sunbeds . .

The main thing I didn't like was the quality of the food. It was terrible. The food was not tasty. The pasta was overcooked. The salty fish was disgusting. The desserts were of the lowest quality, tasteless. Even the boiled eggs tasted bad. The only thing I liked was the selection of cheeses. As to the rooms, there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. The body lotion was incredibly stinky, smelled like rotten cosmetics, and had the consistency of water. The bar and restaurant staff weren't particularly happy to see guests. The pool closes at 7 as the lifeguard's work day ends.

Good food, great location and very friendly staff (especially jhonathan from reception!!). Alot of drinks were included with all-inclusive stay, like cocktails, whiskey, rum and sangria. We really loved the room, the pool and the overall sphere. There was live music almost every night and we loved the sea view. You can take a walk around the hotel with beautiful views. We also walked to the centre of Salou, which is much shorter if you walk next to the beach (20 min). I would definitely recommend, and we will be coming back!

The toilets by the pool and in the lobby could use more daily cleaning, especially the ladies toilet by the pool. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room 1 day, I went to the reception to ask for towels and toilet paper, but the evening receptionist didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. As someone who works in housekeeping myself, I think you should always apologize if something went wrong, everyone makes mistakes!

Great array of different foods, amazing staff and helpfulness with drinks by the pool!

Staff didn’t know allergens in the food - wasn’t signposted. I am personally sensible with selecting choices due to this but think it could perhaps be better signposted to avoid reactions.

Best Punta Dorada is excellent value for money in a nice quiet place with super view to the sea from your balcony and pool area. We were AI, all meals were super, they had special different country cuisines for every dinner, cocktails also were very good:) Staff at the front office and in the bar is super friendly. You could easy reach Tarragona by bus Plana, stop is near the hotel, also could buy Plana excursions nearby, Salou center is in walking distance.

Hotel is in a lovely spot facing the med, I had fantastic views every day. No rush for a sun lounger everyday which is a bonus. The staff are very friendly, food was great a good variety every day and different theme most nights. The entertainment was OK but nothing going on of a day and very limited for children. Staff in dining area especially Kovak very friendly & helpful.

One poolside bar person never in a rush to serve people. One evening at the bar she emptied the dishwasher of cups which weren't needed until next day while I waited nearly 10 mins to be served. I then noticed some Spanish men came to the bar 10 mins after myself and were served by another bar person without having to ask it seems locals are served easier.
