It had everything for kids to keep them entertained. The lazer tag was brilliant..

The food wasn't the best very basic and was very hard to find something we enjoyed eating.. when I was leaving the hotel I noticed all bugs behind the lockers in my room. The bathrooms are reception could of been cleaned more

The entertainment and the hotel had a lot for the kids to do. Definitely family orientated you wouldn't really need to leave the hotel.. the heated pool was great for smaller kids if they found the outdoor pool too cold. Lazer tag room was great and the kids loved it.. the night time entertainment was good but they could of done some in English for the English speaking kids.. overall the hotel was great value for money and the hotel was clean.

I wouldnt recommend this hotel if your going to enjoy your food, as the food wasnt great and very basic.. wifi didn't work in the room. the ques at reception were very bad they could do with more reception staff.. the hotel is very busy on weekends with tours etc so you will be queing for the dining room if your not down early... when living I had pulled away the locker to make sure nothing fell down behind it and noticed little bugs behind it so check for them in your room when you arrive..

We loved the choice of pools and splash pads. We were all inclusive and the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was nice. There was something for everyone. It did get a bit repetitive therefore we are out for dinner a few nights. However, the easy accessibility from the pool to lunch was great. The location was wonderful. A quick walk to the strip and 5/6 mins to the beach promenade area. There is a little supermarket around the corner too if you want to buy anything extra. Rooms are basic but we spent very little time in them. They were cleaned daily and towels were replaced and beds made which was lovely.

When booking first I was hesitant from some of the reviews but genuinely it was totally fine. Our check in was quick but we arrived approx 5pm so I don't know was that just a good time as there was only one person ahead of us. The one thing that was frustrating was that we didn't know where we were going to find our room. The hotel is massive with several blocks. Some within the hotel and some external. We were given directions but unfortunately they did not make much sense and it took us 20mins to find it. We asked two members off staff we came across but they also couldn't tell us ( I speak Spanish) so it wasn't a language barrier either. The property is just so big. We quickly got over this and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Excellent hotel for families with kids. So many things to do and very convenient from evening entertainment to kids club during the day. As well as separate indoors playcenter AND outdoors playground. On top of it, separate mini pool for kids under 2y age, another separate area with water slides, attractions etc (down size have to be over 120cm) for water slides. 3rd pool was suitable for young kids due to its depth. 4th one - for older kids and adults. Excellent layout of the complex. Food was great, plenty of choice for any taste.

A bit of queue at the restaurants and pool bar but nothing too bad.

Near the beach, even though we only went there once. The place was pretty kid friendly with a water playground (enough for small children) and activities at night. The price was accessible so if you don´t go with high expectation, you´ll have a good time. Definitely not a place you go to REST.

The food, very bland, the menu was monotonous and boring, not enough meats. Checking/Parking is a nightmare. You can´t park outside while you check-in so you have to leave the car out with the risk of getting a ticket. Also you can´t park before check-in. In fairness, once parked everything is OK. They give you a remote control to enter the parking. You have to pay 50 euros cash besides the parking fee to get the remote control, that 50 euros is refunded when you check out and give back the remote.

Room was basic but that's all we needed. Both pools were very good and the area with the slides. The poolside entertainment was very good for the kids. We were there during the widespread power cut on 28th April, and the hotel coped very well with it, managing to keep the restaurant open using back up generators. We walked everywhere as we were so close to town and beachfront, and there was an adventure park for children across the road. Very close to airport also, taxi fare only 33euro.

Didnt like that you had to queue to get into the spa, heated pool area. It was very small and I think it would have been better to allow people wander in and out rather than restricting it to one hour. You feel you have to stay for the hour as you've queued up for it, whereas you'd probably only stay 10 or 15 minutes at a time if it was more free to come and go, and more people would get to enjoy it then in the long run. The people in the restaurant were taking too much food and then wasting it, I know this isnt the fault of the hotel but it annoyed me to see so much waste.

All the pools and slides for the kids keep them interested at all times and it was very clean and my kids are very wild and I was bit nervous with them but the staff was so understanding of children

The entertainment wasn’t in English and they could of made better effort for English speakers and the life guards was to busy chatting and on their phones to be watching kids you defo need keep your eyes on your kids at all times I no you would any were u go but these life guards was not paying attention to children in the pools

Food was ok, good selection, long queues for everything all day everyday, too many people in the resort for all the facilities

Some staff clearly overworked which led to them being rude at times, all the pool rules being broken, like smoking all over the place, especially the Spanish, didn't use ashtrays and just threw their butts everywhere, put them out in the AstroTurf, no one policing it except the young lifeguards, whom they didn't listen to anyway.

There are free activities inside the hotel for the kids and for the adults too. Most staff members are friendly, but it was hard to talk to some as some were having difficulties speaking in english. However, there were staff members who were very good at speaking in English.

The walls are quite thin, and we can hear the conversations of the other people in the room beside us at 12 am. It is hard to sleep with the noise. Then, there were hundreds of students who checked in and were partying everywhere at late hours. THEN,, I had money placed in their bracelet to enjoy the 5% discount but when I was trying to withdraw it, my momey was gone and I had no time to retrieve it as I had to run to the bus stop to get to my flight. I was just under the impression that there would be no problem with it. The heated pool indoors were also still cold and not worth it. Mind you, you still have to pay extra for that. The showers before going in in the pool are cold, and they have no towels or lockers for your items. We didn't last an hour because it was too cold.

Absolutely the perfect hotel in Salou for kids, Our son loved the water slides!!! Also the playground, kids club, ping pong and the fantastic laser game and arcade!! The food was excellent we were impressed of how fresh the ingredients were! The hotel is also 10 minutes walk to the sea and 5 minutes walk to restaurants, shops, etc.. The room was big and mattresses comfortable. Highly recommend it!!

Nothing really it was all good!!! Just a couple of suggestions: if it is possible to add the labels on all the dishes during lunch and dinner as some of them were missing and we had no idea what they were (although we ate them and they were all delicious) and if you could add laundry service and towels rental for the pool, thanks!!
