Leisure and water features for children and adults were great fun. The splash pool and water slides were fantastic! We included breakfast and lunch or dinner in our booking. The meat and fish are cooked in front of you! Exceptional variety to suit all ages and tastes. Beds very comfortable and air con gently effective. Entertainment was outstanding - both during the day at the pool and evening time. Gift shop has lots and lots in a small room and great value for money, not a rip off like other hotels. You could stay at this hotel for the duration of your stay!

Chairs and tables at pool had large parasols for shade and whilst it suited us to sit there as we had a young infant with us, we were constantly having to move due to cigarette smoke. Any chance you could designate some of the seating area as smoke-free so the shade can be enjoyed by all?

We really like the proximity to the Port Aventură Park (15 min walk with 2 kids). The beach is 20 min away and close by there are many supermarkets and restaurants. The room was big with 2 queen size beds, clean and equipped with everything needed. Also the room was cleaned every day. The breakfast had a vast variety of options for every taste (for allergies included). For us it was a big plus the underground parking (15euro/day) cause we had a safe place to leave our rental car every night without the need to look around for a parking place (there are free parking on the street but really hard to find a place). The stuff was really nice and helpful. The pool area looked amazing - we did not try it as our main goals were the parks.

The hotel was lovely, clean and stylish, the Air con was great, especially for the time of year it was, it was definitely needed. There was a mini fridge in the room and this was useful. We stayed on a half board basis and the food was excellent, the coffee and fresh orange juice was very good. The staff were excellent, especially the Animation Team, it felt like one great big family and one that the guests and the staff were all part of. The pools and slides were great and the life guards were efficient and friendly. There was lots of sun beds and although people liked to leave towels and go, staff were very efficient in making sure that sun loungers were left there empty all day. It was very well run and I would recommend it.

It was extremely clean, staff very friendly, food was versatile and delicious without fail every morning and evening.

The only negative of my entire stay was there seemed to be not enough sun beds by the pool to accommodate the amount of people staying in the hotel, many mornings we went to the pool at about half 9 and there wasnt a single bed free, but if you get there at half 8 and throw a towel down you had a bed

The rooms were good size, the additional bed was sofa bed which you could fold and you had extra space in room. The fridge in room was very helpful for water and good airfoil in room.

The pool was overcrowded same with restaurant. The food: breakfast was good, each day the dame but good. Evening meals: a lot of seafood which we are not fun’s. Each night different themes of dinners was good idea but then still a lot of sea food

First impression we met seigo at reception he was extremely helpful and friendly couldn't do enough for you as a gest. Entertainment was brilliant the host cant think of his name he wore strip shorts and had glasses he had the whole hotel in stiches sorry we didn't get to have the coffee befor we left will definitely recommend kind regards lee tasha and family from Ireland

Nothing everything was perfect

A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Mark at the reception assisted in booking the park tickets as it was in Spanish . The food was delicious not to mention the hotel location is ideal; 10 min walk to the beach and 15 min walk to PortAventura World and Ferrari land which we toured. The room was spacious and cleanliness is top notch. I got surprise bottle of champagne when I came back to the room and that just crowned my birthday. We had a fabulous holiday and stay at Ohtel villa Romana

Kids club should have a door that children can’t come out without parents. I left my daughter there and after 20 min she followed me in the room on 5th floor, luckily I was in the room. I was shocked since I had signed her in and noted that she can’t go out alone.

The hotel is well positionsed, near Porta Ventura park, it has great animation, the team there is really good at this and the food is good, much better than we expected. Also the staff in the restaurant is really nice, very helpful and professional. We really liked the food and the diversity they had.

I guess they could improve some things for a 4* hotel. The rooms are not very well maintainted, it is outdated and pretty small for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Then, being a hotel with pools, they need to have people that would constantly clean the pool area, the bathrooms near the pool. I cannot descirbe how awful the bathrooms were looking. I would say that this not acceptable anyway and less for a 4* hotel.

no atmosphere at any of the bars - blank, task and finish mentality (staff not making it happy place etc)… could make so much more of their bars as they’re a good size…. sun-bed availability - should have enough sun-beds per adult guest.

Great location, very clean throughout. Rooms really comfy including bed and pillows etc. Great pool facilities including slides.

Breakfast can be a little caoitic and we were there at varying times, the layout could be improved to a better flow possibly. Would also be great if there were an extra couple of time slots available in the indoor pool for children.
