I was slightly worried prior to our stay about some of the reviews. Some said about the food not being good. The hotel is right next to the theme park so there is a good mix of Spanish and English. The food was varied although I have to say the amount of food some take and waste is disgusting. They try hard to mix it up with paella and some very tasty spain ish dishes. Of course the usual Chips, nuggets loads and loads of chocolate stuff. If all you eat is rubbish and you don’t eat salad or anything fresh and won’t try anything new be prepared to eat chips and nuggets all holiday. The pool area is lovely but again people ignore the rules and take food and glasses from the bar to the pool area. I saw one family feed there kids chips and nuggets then just walk off and leave the on the sun loungers. I know you are on holiday and relaxing but still have some respect! Rooms are fine maybe abit dated but shower and air conditioning very good. The park is great value although queuing is an issue. We did look at queue hopper tickets but expensive for a family of 6. All in all a great holiday!!
Hi the staff are lovely and work so hard. But I think they are short staffed. For instance last orders for buying alcohol are 11.30 and with just one bartender making cocktails one night I waited in a very long queue only to be told it was now 11.35 and I’d have to pay. I would also have liked some entertainment. One night there was a band but music somewhere would be great. Apart from that all great

This is my 9th stay here so I like it for lots of reason as I keep coming back.
The air conditioning in the room was very poor. I had to purchase a room fan to keep the room cool. The balcony doors broke. When I reported it. The maintenance guys came to the roo. While I was out. They removed a Boots Adva from card that I had placed in the slot to keep the power on in the room. They replaced it with a torn up paper cup. I'm unsure if it was removed for safety as it had a chip in it similar to a credit card. I reported it to reception desk and they said they would send a supervisor to speak to me but I never saw anyone and the card was not returned to me. I've had to report it as lost/stolen.

The property was nice overall. While the bedroom felt a bit outdated, it was still comfortable and convenient. The staff were very approachable and friendly, which made the stay more enjoyable.
A few areas could be improved. The use of paper cups wasn’t ideal—providing reusable cups or at least spare ones would be helpful, especially to avoid the need to purchase more. A wider variety of food options, particularly for children, would be appreciated. Also, it would be great if the swimming pool opened earlier, perhaps at 9am instead of 10am.

The hotel was very clean and rooms were cleaned daily. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun loungers and no mad morning rush to reserve these. The hotel's communal areas looked great and very well kept. The proximity to Porta Ventura was fabulous and it was only a short 5 min walk to get to the entrance. Breakfast had lots of choice and was constantly restocked. It was about a 20 minute walk into Salou and the beach - a very easy walk down a main road with no hills or anything like that.
The signage at the hotel could have been better, as we were only bed and breakfast it wasn't clear what we could buy to eat at lunch time as most people were all inclusive. Would have been great to have a snack bar with a menu for lunch time sandwiches at the pool. Near the end of the week we found a sandwich bar (not signposted or mentioned anywhere) but this was shut during the lunch time period so that wasn't very helpful. We ended up skipping lunch or walking into the theme part or to Salou for lunch.

The price was very good for family of 4 for 2 nights Half base with 3 days in the parks. The hotel is very close to all 3 parks - you can come to have dinner after PortAventura and go back to Ferrari land the same evening. The pool is huge and clean. Parking is free for hotel guests. There's stage and kids animation inside the complex. Food is good for a buffet with good variety and quantity.
The ground floor rooms have moisture smell and the cleaning can be improved. The upper bunk bed doesn't feel safe enough. The room for 4 has smaller double bed to accommodate the bunk beds. The triple room has regular sized double bed. I was expecting the room for 4 to be bigger and have 2 large double beds (like in Gold River hotel nearby). Time for the buffet breakfast and dinner could be improved a bit. You have about 45mins for breakfast and 1:15hrs for dinner so don't be late!

We loved our stay at the hotel. We chose it because it was the cheapest of the 6 on the days that we wanted to travel. We had previously been to the Gold River one as well and we liked the decor more and the location since we like the Far West section of the park the most, but the food was equally delicious (we took the half board option) and the service was equally impeccable. The meals were the same except there was a bit of a Mexican touch, so there were nachos, for example. Huge breakfast and dinner buffets. A 5-minute walk from the park at the front entrance. The pool looked nice, but it was too cold already, and there was a jacuzzi. There was a cute night show with Woody Woodpecker, and there's also a cute maze, which technically is for smaller children than mine (the height isn't very high), but my kids played hide and seek in it for an hour :-) The room with a double bed and a bunk bed was very large and the bathroom was as well.
The only thing, which is the same for the other hotels as well, is the 40-minute time limit. I appreciate the need to divided the people up, but 40 minutes isn't enough when it takes 15 minutes just to get a coffee from the machine. I have no other issues. Ask for a room far from the elevator, ours was very very noisy because of people talking and yelling at each other by it. (We didn't complain about it, as we were only there for one night and it isn't the hotel's fault anyway).

Loved everything about the hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Buffet breakfast and dinner has so many food options and they cater for all dietary requirements. They even have iceblocks. Staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect location with unlimited access to Port Aventura Park which is brilliant and so much fun. Access to ferrari land which is a bonus. We had the best time. I love that you can check out of the hotel and still have access to Port Aventura. Fantastic value for money. Highly recommend and we will return.
The lift is not a smooth ride. It's really busy hotel and can have lots of people lining up at check in but it moves quick. Don't like that breakfast discount is cheaper on check in and more on the morning. I am diary gluten and egg free and asked what breakfast I could eat, wasn't given detail except for buffet. I asked if I could view buffet and then determine if I should pay in the morning and was I could but was not told that the price would be more 15pp compared to 12pp at check in. That important information should have been advised at check in. We also weren't told how to check out, that we don't need to line up and keep the swipe cars. If you have a young child ask who sleeps before 1030pm ask for a room away from the live music which is really loud

It is really worth it, it is so close to the park, you can go out and it whenever you want and you have swimming pools, bar ... everything you need!!! The room is not perfect condition but who went there for the hotel part?!?! It is clean , it is comfy and the park is just wonderful!!! Recommend 100%
The room has some disadvantages. The bathroom couldn't dry after shower, the sink drain was clogged and you have to stop the water and wait to go away..... but the small things like this couldn't overshadow our happyness

Beautiful hotel, very clean. Comfortable beds & powerful shower. Pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and shade. Great location - 5 mins walk to the theme park and just over the road from the train station. Handy locker room for luggage.
The food is not great. Not enough staff at the check in desks or pool bar so queues are slow. No way to avoid the bathroom floor getting soaked when using the shower. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Lovely clean hotel. Great facilities. So close to Porteventura park which is a big bonus, unlimited access was fantastic.
Very expensive for food & snacks. Bar staff a bit understaffed evening time and appeared overwhelmed. Used just eat service for takeaways as much better value. I'm sure people who go all inclusive would not notice this as much. We had B&B and very happy with the buffet breakfast.
