The proprietor was super nice. We had an initial encounter when I phoned her to ask something about the hotel, and she thought I was a spam caller and hung up on me. When she looked up my number and realized I was a guest, she called back and apologized profusely. It was very sweet. There was a festival happening that weekend, so she made sure to let us know and tell us about it's history. The facility is centrally located and there is a small supermarket, cafe, bread/pastry shop, and bar nearby.

The hotel is located right on the street that was blocked off for the festival, so it was a bit loud until around 10:00. After everyone cleared out however, it was relatively quiet in the room. The breakfast was rather skimpy for the price.

It is 5 years since our last visit and we found the new car park at the rear. A real bonus. We have stayed here many times and it was great to meet the delightful Monica again who remembered us. For the years we were unable to come there was covid and also we couldn't find an entry on Booking.com, or anywhere. I am delighted we have re-found Arco and we will be back in 1 month.

Little hard to find, unfortunately i tripped over and cut my head and before I got to hotel when I arrived the reception lady saw my injuries and promptly dressed my wounds she could not been more helpful to me. Good staff and very comfortable place to stay although it was for only one night.

Bit hard to find

Monica is a great receptionist and remembers her returning guests, she has a way of making one feel important.

I know we pay very little but the breakfast was disappointing. Coffee machine not working properly. The breakfast room was not clean but that was probably down to inconsiderate guests before our visit at 9am.

Location, quiet, comfortable bed, good size room, clean and updated room and bathroom, welcoming staff that were half day available in reception, 24/7 through phone, easy to find parking

Everything was top notched in relation to price

Everything to a point that there is a basic free breakfast for everyone. While we did not eat, having a decent espresso before hitting the road, fantastic! Don't make the mistake we did, by coming late and departing early. For us the purpose was just to sleep somewhere along our roadtrip and we regret not to have spent some time there. BTW, there is even a lift! Who would expect that in a historical town centre.

There is nothing not to like, like nothing at all. Lovin it!

It was a very hot when we arrived and Monica the receptionist told us about the municipality swimming pool so we went there and we were able to sit under the trees and go for a nice swim.

No fridge in the room.However we knew this before we booked it.

Location was lovely, nice little spot by the river .real Spanish village.

Long hairs on my pillow and on the floor by the bed . breakfast room was pretty dire but plenty of snacks and drinks.

Young and super friendly staff. Large, clean and well-equipped rooms. Good breakfast. Excellent location: in a pleasant and quiet village near Segovia.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful, opened early for check-in as we arrived well before our check-in time. Rooms very clean and tidy
