Location was close to motorway so convenient and easy to find. Ours was just an overnight stop on route to the ferry at Santander but if we’d wanted to explore Zaragoza there is a cheap and convenient bus service in that’s by the hotel. The room was large, comfortable and had a mini fridge. Didn’t eat at restaurant in hotel so can’t comment on that, but handy that there was one. Perfect for our needs would stay again

A bit disappointed that the spa wasn’t open

The hotel is excellent, with good infrastructure. Although breakfast wasn’t included, we paid a separate fee and had access to a complete and good breakfast. The staff was attentive and left two complimentary bottles of water, which was great — we really needed them, and there weren’t any markets nearby. Although it’s far from the historic center and tourist spots, there’s a bus line with great schedules. The hotel staff has a PDF with the timetables, which made our trips back and forth much easier.

On the first night, the guests on our floor were making a lot of noise in the hallway — shouting and running. But we informed the front desk by phone, and they took care of it immediately.

No plug in bath so couldn't have a soak. Some noise from lorries outside ( it is in an area of a great number of lorries and buses). It didn't bother us but might do other lighter sleepers. The underground parking bay we chose had a sloping roof towards the back which was not signed and we were very close to it. However there is ample parking of a decent height.

The location whilst on a transport estate is very easy to find just off the autovia. It is surprisingly quiet and the rooms well insulated. The hotel is located 5 mins drive from a small village with an excellent selection of bars - Recommend The Little Gemini. Pity that the Spa wasn't open everyday but not a problem. We didn't use the spa, restaurant or cafe so can't comment - the hotel has a washing machine and dryer which for a small cost clients can use. Excellent for us after a week travelling to freshen up our clothes. The most recommendable about the hotel is value for money and location. It is easy to get into Zaragoza by bus or car and the surrounding area is worthy of a visit too. Staff very helpful and spoke various languages.

We were informed this was in an industrial area before we arrived but as only stopping for 1 night we were not phased. Underground parking was a real bonus. Staff very helpful and friendly, provided all the information needed to explore Zaragoza. The hotel is clean and comfortable and to top it all there is a bus every 1/2 hour into the historical part of the city outside the hotel. €1.60 bargain. We will def stay again.

Didn’t get to use the spa as it is not open on a Tuesday.

Close proximity to motorway, easy to find and buses into Zaragoza if we didn’t want to take the car. Free parking underneath the hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful. Value for money, we would stay again.

This was our second stay at the hotel but the room we stayed in this time wasn’t quite as good as the room on our first visit. It wasn’t as large, didn’t have a bedside table both sides of the bed and the bed squeaked when you sat down on it or turned over at night. If we had been staying for any longer we would have asked to change room.

Although the location is definitely not picturesque, it is certainly very convenient for an overnight stop in a long journey. It's in the heart of an area of distribution centres, so just a few minutes off the motorway and incredibly quiet. The hotel itself has everything you need for a comfortable night's sleep. Spotless linen, comfy beds, plenty of hot water, and an excellent and copious breakfast. The staff are friendly and charming and there is a private car park in the basement. We have stayed there twice in the past couple of weeks and will definitely stay there again if we need to break a journey in Zaragoza.

Only after paying online received email stating that spa will be open short hours which we will miss on our first arrival day and closed the following day. Same for the Kitchen!.Yet the main downfall was water mains turned off the next morning thru the day due to service! All this after arriving tired, wet and hungry after full day of being on a motorbike

Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

We think the location was a little farther than expected. It was fine riding the bus, although it took us half an hour to get to our destination (downtown) and the reception should tell people about the convenience of buying a card for the bus and save on rides. We got a room for handicap people and staff did help us move. Showers heads are funny and water spills all over.

Our second time here. The location is somewhat unconventional being on an industrial/logistics park but the hotel makes up for it. There is free parking on site and there is a half-hourly bus service 101B into the centre of town from outside the hotel taking about 20 minutes - you can pay the fare in Euros. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner. There is also a spa but we didn't use it.
