The location is perfect to explore the city, very well connected with trams and bus and right in front of the central market. The rooms were spacious and very clean!

The walls are too thin, the last two nights we could not sleep because the guests in the other room could not stop talking and then snoring. On the other side we had a family with kids that could not stop screaming and shouting during the mornings. I believe the hotel was not full so considering this is a known problem they could put the guests in rooms far away. Overall, I would come back.

Friendly welcome, easy to get to for a city centre hotel with clear instructions. The room was comfortable, clean and the bed comfortable. The shower room is a bit small but that wasn't a problem for us. Breakfast is well priced with good choice. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. My wife left her ipad behind and they phoned me to inform me, offering to post it to us which was honest and kind.

The room was large and the window open onto a secure internal courtyard, so we could leave the window open. we only experienced a small amount of noise. We had only booked one night and decided to stay an additional night and the staff were super helpful and even managed to keep us in the same room. The location is brilliant. The free street parking over the bridge (left side) worked well for us and the car was safe and sound.

The parking instructions for dropping off luggage should be automatically emailed to guests- it was a nightmare trying to locate it at night with tramlines and unfamiliar surroundings. Google maps was not our friend!!!!!

Well placed near the centre of the town with all the factilites you could want. Additioanl charge for parking , which was acceptabel as I was no a motorcycel adn wanted secure parking. Staff all very helpful

There is nothing they can do about this but yo have ot park well away from teh hotel and lug your luggage to the lobby. This all dpends on how light you can travel!

The hotel is very simple, but well located surrounded by the main attractions of Zaragoza only 28 min away of the bus station but very easy to come and go. Shower is strong and warm, the two beds were clean and comfortable and the pillows weren't so soft.

Unfortunately the heater makes a lot of noise, it's impossible to let it on without wearing ear plugs so is the bad acoustic of the hotel, unfortunately I could listen to lots of noise made by other guests and another negative point there's no fridge in the room which is bad for me.

We had a warm welcome from the front desk lady, and all other staff during our stay. Our room was comfortable and immaculately clean, with a good sized bathroom and thick luxurious towels. Breakfast was very good as well. From here, we could walk to major attractions and through the old city streets. We both really liked the entire Zaragova experience.

Parking is available close by, but with difficult access. Our gps brought us to the hotel, but we could not stop there due to it being directly on a tram route. Thereafter we had some trouble in finding the hotel in the maze of back streets behind the hotel. Eventually we parked and walked. The receptionist then explained the car park location/access system/parking slot/hotel access. Quite complicated!

+ the location is top; + we had a normal size room on the 5th floor with very small balcony and nice view; + the staff was nice and helpful; + the room was clean;

- the walls are thin and if there is noise, you can hear it in the room, but for us it was not a problem, as there was not any noise. - the tram is passing just in front of the hotel, but as we were on the 5th floor, the noise from the tram did not disturb us; - the quality of the towels is fine (I mention this, as I’ve red the reviews about them);

Extremely top location, right near the immediate city centre, 2 minutes walk from the large cathedrals, the museum of the ancient Roman Forum, etc. Very kind staff, clean room, clean bathroom. I felt it to be value-for-money.

The furniture is outdated. Everything was clean, just the look is not modern.
