The location is great. Close to Mercadona, bus station, from airport taxi was 20 euro. Staff was nice, room was clean. We had heating in the room that worked properly. I chose this hotel for location, cleaning and room conditions. What was mentioned as bad, doesn't influence my decision to go in the same place again next time 😊

It was bad luck for us that it rained first night we got there and it was raining on the window. We couldn't sleep till rain stopped.it was dropping on the window glass. I also didn't like the perfume they use in the reception area,but was my personal perception. Same breakfast every morning. Wi-fi was weak,but i didn't need it so much.

Lovely hotel, we managed to park behind the hotel free. Toilet was a little low for us. We're older and suffer with our joints. But very clean.

The lady told us it was a 30 min walk in the city, it took us about an hour lol. The lights are a little bright.

The hotel was excellent. Comfy, clean, and affordable. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay.

It is too far away from the centre, you need two buses to get there or walk 20 minutes to the bus line. I could not feel my bottle of water, although I paid for the breakfast.

Staff friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, location suits me because I visit friends who live nearby.

It was quite noisy on 2 of the 3 nights I was there (but not too bad). If you have a group of schoolchildren staying, it might be better to give them a separate breakfast time - but again this wasn't a big problem and I don't want yo exaggerate.

The location, there was no where to eat in the evening . The pub next door had a very limited menu and no vegetarian option and looked very run down. No other places near by.

The location is convenient for an overnight stay during a road trip, exactly halfway between Barcelona and Madrid, but other than that it is far from the center of Zaragoza and in a fairly empty area, without a lot to see and do, or options to eat out, particularly in August. Two out of the four sides of the hotel felt a bit abandoned, with a parking lot with broken glass (luckily the hotel has the garage) and some trash bins and industrial buildings.

Clean room, great bathroom, comfortable bed, underground parking for reasonable price, friendly staff, good internet, breakfast.

Nothing. The location is almost out of the city, but it was even more convinient, because we stopped here to sleep, work and then got back on the road again.

personal preference but bed was too hard and only one thin pillow. Ran out of toilet paper in two of the four rooms booked. yes could have asked for more but got some from our car as middle of night.

Good size room for two adults and a child. Very clean, all basics like soaps, towels provided.

Location was very industrial and a bit rough. We had walk to the city centre and its about 40 mins. When you walk towards the city centre the area get slowly better.

The breakfast was great and had a good variety of food. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Everything you need was there. Parking was great also.

The hotel itself was great but the restaurant attached to the hotel had shocking customer service. The girls working there are dreadful. Would recommend the hotel but would suggest you find a different place to eat at.
