Awesome Location and very nice rooms. Modern and clean style . In the room, you do not miss anything, everything you can imagine is there. A small mini bar with the basics, amenities in the bathroom, very clean and comfy, and the stuff absolutely friendly and helpfull In the last 12 years, I have been using another hotel every time I visit that I go to for family reasons, and now they have a new client .
The price on booking was much cheaper than on the website, no options for a full refundable room rate.

The location of the hotel is spot on right in the center and close to everything
The room had a bit of dust especially around the headboard, which is not something you would expect in a 4-star hotel. Additionally, there was a marathon that passed in front of the hotel the day of the checkout. We would have appreciated a note on this during the booking as we ended up having to leave the Hotel at 6.30am to make sure we can get out of the garage, otherwise we would have been stuck there until mid-late afternoon.

The hotel has absolutely everything you could need. It's super central and easy to navigate. Check in and check out was seemless. The room was spotless. We informed the staff it was our 5 year anniversary and they dropped up a complimentary bottle of cava and some treats to our room! An amazing stay I would 100% recommend to anyone traveling to Zaragoza

The location is very good, the staff was very kind and helpful, the lobby and shared spaces look great, the room was clean, comfortable and functional. Overall good value for money, for a short stay in the city.
The room was on the small size, outdated in some aspects (some wear and tear visible), breakfast was nice but overpriced. There was no complimentary water or treat on arrival (a detail, but this is a 4-star hotel after all).

Reception is from the street through electric sliding doors. Reception is huge with seating a very nice bar and workspace and meeting rooms. Receptionists were helpful and friendly. You are given your key cards and any advice. Free iced water. Stairs or lifts. All shiny and bright. Entry via key card. Second card given for the electricity. Short corridor to the bedroom. Bedroom is big and very clean. Good double bed with crisp white linen. Lots of pillows of different firmness’. Two bedside tables with lights over. A table, desk and swivel bucket seat. Television and telephone to reception. A sliding door separates the bedroom from the corridor. Wardrobes with a safe. Fridge with (not complimentary) drinks in it. Air conditioning. Double patio doors to a balconette. Good enough to stand on and watch the world go by below. Bathroom is bright, shiny and very clean. Shower over a bath with sliding screen. Plenty of good toiletries. Toothbrush, sponge etc. Lots of good towels. The toilet and bidet are in the same room, but, have an opaque sliding door; for emergencies!? Hairdryer etc. Outside is the street. Busy and noisy, but the double glazing works. The area is quite business like with shops and other hotels. The old town and bars and restaurants aren’t far.
Complaints? The cleaner knocked and entered the room whilst I was in the shower. My fault I hadn’t put out the ‘do not disturb’ sign. But, it was before the check out time of 12. They should have checked with reception. Currently big road works has shut the road. Lots of beeping and drilling, but, as above, the double glazing works.

We stayed in Zaragoza for 5 nights and the location was excellent, easy to walk to everything in town and close to good restaurants and bars. Nice breakfast and comfortable rooms, good parking and nice bar area. However, the outstanding point was the staff - Balene at reception, Claudio at the restaurant and Meriem serving at the bar were all so friendly, remembered what we liked, helped with questions and sometimes just chatted, they made such a difference - we'll be back, that's for sure!

perfect location, comfortable bed, good bathroom, OK breakfast, with real orange juice; parking garage with direct connection to the hotel (ask for explanation in advance to easily find it, as the entrance is in the back side of the hotel).
The tap water does not taste good, recommended to arrange mineral water. No kettle, no coffee machine. At breakfast the scrambled eggs were cold.

The hotel and rooms were very well appointed. The bar prices were very reasonable for wine and water. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The location was perfect for all kinds of activities, from a walking perspective.
The parking situation was confusing as you had to drive on a road that was marked as pedestrian only (except the hotel) and the parking lot was VERY tight.

Service was perfect. The electrical charging station in the parking was not working. The receptionist solved this so perfectly: after contacting the EV-charging company and finding out the problem would not be fixed today, she arranged we could park at the neighbouring parking (with charging station) for free. That’s called hospitality!

I liked that they had a place for breakfast and it was nominally priced. The staff was helpful. It was very convenient that there was a restroom located in the lobby.
It was difficult to figure out how to access the parking and the garage door was not clearly marked. Exiting, the garage was extremely difficult because there was no keypad and no clear directions.
